Study On TCM Syndrome Effect Of Zhuang Yi Long Pan Zhi Ke Recipe In Treating Cough In Children

Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of three syndromes of pediatric cough in the special treatment of Zhuang folk treatment of cough,and to evaluate the syndrome-effect relationship between Zhuang Yi Long Pan Zhi Ke Recipe and children with cough;Extensive use of Zhuang Yi Long Pan Zhi Ke Recipe to provide a basis for the treatment of cough in children.Methods: 90 cases were collected by the inclusion criteria and were divided into three groups according to the syndrome types.Each group was given Zhuang Yi Long Pan Zhi Ke Recipe,1 dose per day,divided into 2meals after meals,which was 5 days for a course of treatment.Three groups of related therapeutic effects and TCM syndrome scores were observed.The database was established by WPS and statistical analysis was performed by SPSS22.0.Results: The total effective rates of wind-heat lung syndrome,phlegm-staining lung syndrome,and phlegm-heat syndrome were89.66%,58.62%,and 75.86%,respectively.In terms of symptomatic efficacy,the total effective rate of the wind-heat lung syndrome group was better than that of the phlegm-dampness lung syndrome group and the phlegm-heat syndrome group(P<0.05).Among the single symptom scores,the differences between the three groups in the cough,nasal congestion and lung snoring were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference before and after treatment in salivation,pharyngeal congestion,and tonsil(P>0.05).In the three groups of patients with different syndrome types,the scores of TCM syndromes decreased before and after treatment,and the wind-heat lung syndrome group decreased significantly,and the degree of decline in the phlegm-staining lung syndrome group was not much different from that in the phlegm-heat syndrome group.In the course of treatment,the children of the three syndromes did not adverse reactions such as skin allergies,abdominal pain and diarrhea.Conclusion: Zhuang Yi Long Pan Zhi Ke Recipe has curative effect on the three syndromes of cough in selected children.The best syndrome is the wind-heat syndrome,and the syndrome is the second,The worst case of phlegm-staining lung syndrome.Among the individual symptoms,Zhuang Yi Long Pan Zhi Ke Recipe has the most obvious improvement on cough,cough,nasal congestion and lung sound,and it has no obvious side effects.
