Purpose of this study:Define the exact curative effect of "Xiangsha Liujunzi Decoction" and evaluate its safety,give full play to the advantages of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment,so as to better prevent and treat patients with chemotherapy-related nausea and vomiting symptoms,alleviate patients' pain in the process of chemotherapy,improve patients' compliance,and ultimately achieve the purpose of improving patients'quality of life.Research methods:1.Screening suitable cases and signing consent form,60 cases were randomly divided into control group and experimental group.2.Control group:5-HT3RA combined with metoclopramide antiemetic,methylprednisolone anti-inflammatory,and routine liver and stomach protection treatment.The experimental group:on the basis of Western medicine treatment in the control group,Xiangsha Liujunzi Decoction was added.From the day before chemotherapy to the fifth day of chemotherapy,6 doses were taken.Remedial treatment was given when two groups of patients developed explosive vomiting.3.The patients'names,gender,age,pathological types,stages and treatment schemes,duration,frequency and severity of nausea,vomiting and retching were observed.The prevention and treatment effects of CINV were compared between the two groups.According to the occurrence time of vomiting,the occurrence of acute vomiting and delayed vomiting in each cycle was compared between the two groups,and the clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared.The quality of life of the two groups was evaluated and compared according to the quality of life score(QOL)of cancer patients after each cycle.The blood routine,liver and kidney function of the two groups were tested before and after chemotherapy.The difference between the two groups was compared.4.Data were processed by SPSS statistical analysis software.The two groups were compared and analyzed.The counting data were tested by X2 test and the measurement data were tested by t test.Result:1.The incidence of nausea was 35.48%in the treatment group and 44.83%in the control group.There was no significant difference between the two groups(P=0.5304).The average scores of nausea symptoms in the treatment group and the control group were 4.94(+10.936)and 7.57(+10.712).There was no significant difference between the two groups(P=0.3465).2.The incidence of vomiting was 16,13%in the treatment group and 37.93%in the control group.There was no significant difference between the two groups(P=0.0683).The average scores of nausea symptoms in the treatment group and the control group were 1.16(+4.204)and 2.40(+4.174).There was no significant difference between the two groups(P=0.2529).3.The incidence of retching was 12.90%in the treatment group and 34.48%in the control group.There was no significant difference between the two groups(P-0.0578).The average scores of nausea symptoms in the treatment group and the control group were 1.13(+4.551)and 3.00(+4.835).There was no significant difference between the two groups(P=0.1249)4.The average scores of quality of life in the treatment group and the control group were 50.16(+4.383)and 45.57(+4.790),with statistical difference(P<0.01).5.The incidence of bone marrow suppression was 51.61%in the treatment group and 66.67%in the control group.There was no significant difference between the two groups(P=0.232).The grade of bone marrow depression in the two groups was compared,H=0.917,P=0.3382.There was no statistical difference between the two groups.6.The incidence of liver function damage in the treatment group and the control group were 9.68%and 6.67%.There was no significant difference between the two groups(P=0.6683).The classification of liver function damage between the two groups was compared,H=0.207,P=0.649.There was no statistical difference between the two groups.7.The incidence of renal impairment was 16.13%in the treatment group and 6.67%in the control group.There was no significant difference between the two groups(P=0.2464).The grade of bone marrow depression in the two groups was compared,H=1.3 8,P=0.2401.There was no statistical difference between the two groups.Conclusion:Taking Xiangsha Liujunzi Decoction can significantly improve the quality of life of patients,and to some extent prevent the occurrence and severity of chemotherapy-related nausea and vomiting,but there is no statistical difference between the two.In terms of safety,Fuzheng Shuhe Fang has no obvious hepatorenal toxicity and hematological toxicity.
