Objective:The study observe and summarize the clinical efficacy and safety of Zhexia antiemetic patch eombined with western medieine to prevent nausea and vomiting caused by chemotherapy of medium and high risk of vomiting, and the impact on patients' accompanying symptoms and quality of life.Provide a basis for clinical promotion and application. Methods:A randomized and controlled study was adopted, and a total of 60 patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into a controlled group and a treatment group. The controlled group was given intravenous injections of palonosetron and dexamethasone before chemotherapy. The treatment group applied Zhexia antiemetic patch on the umbilical acupoint on the basis of the controlled group.Observe and compare the differences in the incidence and severity of nausea and vomiting, accompanying symptoms, quality of life and safety in the acute and delayed chemotherapy of the two groups.Results:1.In the acute phase, there was no significant difference in the degree of nausea and vomiting between the two groups(p>0.05).During the delay period, the number of patients have severe nausea and vomiting in treatment group was significantly less than that in the controlled group. The patients' symptoms of nausea and vomiting in treatment group were less severe than the patients in controlled group(p<0.05).2.During the entire observation period, the effective control rate of nausea and vomiting in the treatment group was higher than that in the controlled group, but the difference in the acute phase was not statistically significant(p>0.05).In the delay period the difference was statistically significant compared between controlled group and treatment group(p<0.05).3.The KPS score of the two groups after chemotherapy were increased compared with those before chemotherapy, but the increase was not statistically significant(p>0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the KPS score of the two groups during the entire observation period(P>0.05).4.During the entire observation period, the scores of the treatment group in terms of duration of vomiting, appetite, fatigue, spirit, stomach fullness, abdominal distension after eating, heartburn were significantly lower than those in the controlled group, and the differences were statistically significant(p<0.05).5.During the entire observation period, the FLIE scores of the treatment group were all more than 108 points, and the FLIE scores of the controlled group were all less than 108 points. The difference between the treatment group and the controlled group was statistically significant(p<0.05).6.During the observation period, the patients in the treatment group did not show obvious skin toxicity and other side effects.Conclusions:1.Zhexia antiemetic patch combined with western medicine has no obvious effect on relieving acute CINV,but it can effectively reduce the occurrence and severity of delayed CINV and improve the effective control rate of delayed CINV.2.Zhexia antiemetic patch combined with western medicine can improve the symptoms of the digestive tract, such as appetite, fatigue, mental, stomach fullness, abdominal distension after eating,heartburn.3.Zhexia anti emetic patch combined with western medicine has no significant effect on improving the physical condition of cancer patients, but it can obviously improve the quality of life of patients.
