Clinical Observation And Mechanism Of Fuzheng Huayu Method In Treating Adenomyosis

Objective:Observing the improvement of clinical symptoms and the change of uterine volume in patients with adenomyosis by observing Fuzheng Huayu method,and to explore the clinical effect of Fuzheng Huayu method in treating adenomyosis;and to observe the changes of serum CA125 and IGF-1 levels before and after treatment.Therapeutic mechanism of Fuzheng Huayu Method in the treatment of adenomyosis.Methods:During the period jfrom March 2018 to March 2019,60 patients with adenomyosis who met the criteria for case selection at the gynaecology clinic of Jiangsu Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were randomly divided into treatment group and control group according to the order of treatment.30 cases.Treatment group:oral Xiaoshuo Decoction in the morning and evening of the menstrual period,oral dysmenorrhea before the end of the menstrual period 2 days before the menstrual period;control group:continuous oral Sanjie analgesic capsules,4 capsules each time,3 times a day.A menstrual cycle is 1 course of treatment,a total of 3 courses of observation.The collected data were analyzed by SPSS23.0 statistical software to evaluate the improvement of clinical symptoms,uterine volume change,serum CA125 and IGF-1 levels and comprehensive clinical efficacy before and after treatment.Results:1.Changes in TCM syndrome scores and TCM syndromes:The total scores of TCM syndromes after treatament were significantly lower than those before treatment(p<0.01).The effective rates of TCM syndromes in the treatment group and the control group were 93.33%and 73.33%,respectively.Compared with the control group,the treatment group was significantly higher than the control group(p<0.05).2.Comparison of dysmenorrhea scores:The scores of dysmenorrhea in the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment(p<0.01).Compared with the control group,the dysmenorrhea scores in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group(p<0.05).3.Comparison of uterine volume changes:The uterus volume of the two groups was smaller tihan that before treatment(p<0.01).Compared with the control group,the treatment group was superior to the control group(p<0.05).4.Comparison of clinical efficacy:The total effective rate was 90.00%in the treatment group and 73.3 3%in the control group.The total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group(p<0.05).5.Comparison of serum CA125 index:The serum CA125 values of the two groups were lower than those before treatment(p<0.0J).Compared with the control group,the treatment gjroup was significantly lower than the control group(p<0.05).6.Comparison of serum IGF-1 indexes:The serum IGF-1 values of the two groups were lower than those before treatment(p<0.05).Compared with the control group,the treatment group was significantly lower than the control group(p<0.05).Conclusion:The application of Fuzheng Huayu method in the treatment of adenomyosis has a significant clinical effect.It can not only improve the clinical symptoms of patients,reduce the volume of the uterus,but also has small side effects and good safety in clinical application.The therapeutic mechanism may be related to the effect of the Fuzheng Huayu method on inhibiting the excessive growth of ectopic endometrium in the uterus,thereby reducing the levels of serum CA125 and IGF-1.
