Objective:To analyze the clinical characteristics of acute pancreatitis(AP),and in order to improve early clinical diagnosis rate,guide the treatment and prevent relapse.Methods:Data of 675 patients with AP treated in the Affiliated Hospital of Yanbian University from January 2009 to December 2018 were retrospectively analyzed.The general data and laboratory tests of patients with AP were statistically analyzed.Results:(1)The alcohol group(39.00%)was the main group from 2009 to 2013.From 2014 to 2018,over-eating and high-fat diet group(30.88%)was the main group.Of the 675 patients with AP over the past 10 years,204 patients(30.20%)were alcohol group.In 180 patients of recurrent acute pancreatitis(RAP),54 patients(30.00%)were alcohol group.(2)The male to female ratio was 1:0.39.The proportion of female in biliogenic group and other group were significantly higher than that in male(P<0.05).In RAP,the male to female ratio was 1:0.30.The proportion of female in biliogenic group and other group were significantly higher than that in male(P<0.05).(3)The average age from 2009 to 2013 was 47.44±14.80 years old.The average age from 2014 to 2018 was 49.78±16.53 years old.In the past 10 years,?44 and 45-59 years of age were cased by alcohol and?60 years age were mainly biliary tract disease In RAP,? 44 and 45?59 years of age were cased by alcohol and?60 years age were mainly biliary tract disease.(4)In 675 patients with AP,alcoholism was the primary factor of Korean-Chinese and the primary factor of the Han nationality was overeating and high fat diet.In RAP,the primary factor of the Han nationality was overeating and high fat diet,and the Korean-Chinese regarded alcoholism as the primary factor.(5)Compared 2009?2013 with 2014?2018,the total incidence of mild acute pancreatitis(MAP),moderately severe acute pancreatitis(MSAP)and severe acute pancreatitis(SAP)were increasing year by year.The paper found that in the past 10 years,MAP was more common in alcoholic patients,MSAP and SAP were significantly higher in biliogenic group.In RAP,there was no significant difference between MAP,MSAP and SAP in all etiological components(P>0.05).(6)The levels of transaminase,triglyceride,cholesterol,blood glucose and body mass index in the difference groups were significantly different(P<0.05).There were no statistically significant differences between the remaining indexes(P>0.05).In RAP,there were differences in the levels of serum calcium,triglyceride,cholesterol and alanine aminotransferase among different groups(P<0.05).There were no statistical significance among the other indexes(P>0.05).Conclusion:(1)The alcoholic pancreatitis in Yanbian is the most common type of acute pancreatitis,and biliary tract disease is the second common type.(2)Alcoholic pancreatitis is more common in young and middle-aged men,and biliogenic pancreatitis is more common in older women.(3)In severe acute pancreatitis,biliogenic is the main factor,followed by alcohol.(4)The number of the relapse of acute pancreatitis is the highest in alcoholic pancreatitis.Pay attention to health education.
