Acupoint Catgut Embedding Therapy Combined With Needle Warming Moxibustion Treatment Of Insufficiency Of The Spleen With Overabundance Of Dampness Of Simple Obesity Clinical Observation Of Disease

Objectives:To observe and evaluate the clinical therapentic effect of catgut implantation at acupoint combined with needle warming moxibustion treatment of insufficiency of the spleen with overabundance of dampness of simple obesity, and provide a choice for the clinical treatment of simple obesity.Methods:Sixty cases of simple obesity patients met the inclusion criteria were randomly assigned in accordance with the method, divided into the treatment group and the control group, with shirty cases in each group, the treatment group take the treatment of catgut implantation at acupoint.combined with needle warming moxibustion therapy and the control group were only given foundation, foundation treatment, including blank control. The treatment of acupoint catgut embedding therapy one times in fifteen days, two times as a course of treatment, a total of three courses of treatment; needle warming moxibustion again and again the next day, a total of fouty-five treatments. After the end of treatment in two groups before and after treatment, body weight, body mass index, waist circumference, hip circumference, fat waist hip ratio and other indicators of efficacy evaluation and comparison, the final data using SPSS 17.0 statistical software for statistical analysis, the final conclusionResults:in this study, according to the clinical research plan process, a total of 60 patients, the treatment group and the control group with shirty cases in each group, 3 cases of patients were dropped out, the other fifty-five cases were in the study. After treatment, the treatment group compared with control group, the total effective rate of treatment group (93.10%) was significantly higher than that of the control group (3.57%), after testing the P< 0.05, and there was significant difference between two groups. In reducing body weight, body mass index, degree of obesity, waist and hip circumference and waist to hip ratio and so on, the curative effect of treatment group was better than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion:1, acupoint catgut embedding therapy needle warming moxibustion has better effect on weight loss in obese patients with type of deficiency in the course of treatment, there were no serious adverse reactions, the treatment of simple obesity of deficiency of safety and high efficiency.2, acupoint catgut embedding therapy combined with needle warming moxibustion therapy on simple obesity patients with type of deficiency of body weight, BMI, waist circumference, hip circumference, waist to hip ratio, degree of obesity are reducing effect.3, acupoint catgut embedding therapy combined with needle warming moxibustion treatment for simple obesity patients with type of deficiency of exact curative effect, safety, simple operation and less time-consuming treatment advantages, especially for the now fast-paced life, suitable for use in clinical and promotion.
