Clnical Observation Of Lifeiqingwei Decoction In Treating Pediatric Constipation (Type Of Lung And Stomach Heat)

Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of Lifeiqingwei decoction in treating 66 cases of infantile constipation(type of lung and stomach heat),and to confirm the efficacy and safety of Lifeiqingwei decoction in the treatment of infantile constipation(type of lung and stomach heat)by comparing it with Jianerqing liquid phase.It provides a certain theoretical and practical basis for clinical application and popularization.Methods: 66 children who met the diagnostic criteria of constipation(type of lung and stomach heat)were selected.Among them,4 cases fell off naturally during the observation,and 62 cases were included in the scope of observation.62 patients were randomly divided into treatment group(n = 31)and control group(n = 31).The treatment group was treated with Lifeiqingwei decoction,and the control group was treated with oral Jianerqing solution for 9 days.All patients were followed up for 1 month.Results: After two courses of clinical observation,the total effective rate was93.548% in the treatment group and 67.741% in the control group(P < 0.01),indicating that there was a significant difference between the two groups.The defecation interval in the treatment group was significantly shorter than that in the control group(P < 0.01),which indicated that there was a significant difference between the two groups in the experiment.The recurrence rate was 6.896% in the treatment group and 42.857% in the control group after 1-month follow-up,indicating that the recurrence rate in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group(P < 0.01).The results showed that there was a significant difference between the two groups in the experiment.Conclusion: Both Lifeiqingwei decoction and Jianerqing solution are effective in the treatment of infantile constipation,but Lifeiqingwei decoction is superior to Jianer Qingwei decoction,and there is no obvious adverse reaction between the two groups in the course of treatment,but the effect of Lifeiqingwei decoction is better than that of Jianer Qingwei decoction in the treatment of infantile constipation.It is suggested that Lifeiqingwei decoction is safe and reliable in the treatment of infantile constipation.
