Purpose:From the perspective of stagnant fluid retention for the disease, treate lung-distention(fluid retention syndrome)with two methods of warming and clearing.Through clinical observation to explore the soup of Wen Hua Fen Xiao treating lung-distention(fluid retention syndrome)clinical therapeutic effect of preliminary and its possible mechanism,so as to further explore the new treatment of COPD of acute exacerbation of TCM diagnosis and treatment plan, better guide clinical practice,to relieve the clinical symptoms, improve ability of activity, decrease the times of hospitalization and improve the quality of their life,as well as advantages.Method:This experiment select into standard outpatient and hospitalization of lung-distention(fluid retention syndrome)in 60 patients were randomly divided into plus treatment with traditional Chinese medicine group and western medicine control group,30 cases in each group, two groups of 1:1 proportion.By shortness of breath, breathlessness and other symptoms, dyspnea index,CAT score,six-minute walk test and assess the situation before and after the changes in lung function, the difference comparing the efficacy of the treatment and control groups, and ultimately draw objective conclusions. Results:Soup of Wen Hua Fen Xiao total effective rate was 93.3% in the group, the total effective medicine group 83.3%,there are differences between two groups(P <0.05).For patients with soup of Wen Hua Fen Xiao shortness of breath, breathlessness,CAT score improved six-minute walk test is superior to western medicine group, suggesting soup of Wen Hua Fen Xiao can improve the level III COPD symptoms and improve the patient's quality of life and exercise endurance. Conclusion: Clinical studies have shown curative effect of the soup of Wen Hua Fen Xiao t,and that lung-distention(fluid retention syndrome)correlated with stagnant fluid retention. With side effects of small economy, the TCM treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease diagnosis and treatment plan provides the basis.
