Clinical Observation Of "Head Acupuncture Therapy" Combined With Myopia Treatment Instrument For Treating Pseudo-myopia In Adolescents

Purpose:Teenagers aged 6 to 16 with pseudomyopia or mixed myopia was enrolled in this study.A randomized controlled trial was used to evaluate the efficacy of "head acupuncture therapy" combined with myopia treatment in the treatment of adolescent pseudomyopia.It provides a simpler and more effective treatment for clinical treatment of pseudo-myopia in adolescents.Method: This study used a randomized controlled method to observe 69 patients diagnosed with pseudomyopia and mixed myopia from the Ophthalmology Clinic of Changchun University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.69 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group by SPSS20.0 statistical software.The treatment group used “head acupuncture therapy” combined with myopia treatment instrument to treat pseudomyopia;the control group used myopia treatment instrument alone to treat pseudomyopia.The course of treatment was 1 month,and the changes in visual acuity and diopter were observed.Result: The treatment group and the control group were finally included in 30 patients(60 eyes).After 1 month of treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group was93.333%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 73.333%.The scores of two independent samples were compared between the treatment group and the control group.The results showed that P=0.020<0.05,which proved that the improvement of naked eye vision after treatment was significantly higher than that of the control group.The group treatment method was more effective in improving the naked eye vision of the patient than the control group.The post-treatment diopter of the treatment group and the control group were subjected to the rank sum test of two independent samples,and the result was P=0.007<0.05,which proved the treatment method of the treatment group.Compared with the control group,the treatment method is better for reducing the diopter of the patient."Scalp acupuncture therapy" combined with myopia treatment instrument for treating adolescent pseudomyopia can not only effectively reduce the diopter of adolescent pseudomyopia,but also improve the patient's naked eyesight.Conclusion: "Scalp acupuncture therapy" combined with myopia treatment instrumentfor the treatment of adolescent pseudomyopia and the use of myopia treatment device alone in the treatment of adolescent pseudo myopia is effective,"head acupuncture treatment" combined with myopia treatment instrument for the treatment of adolescent pseudo myopia is effective,Simple.
