The Clinical Study Of Jiawei Simiao Decoction In Treating Gout Arthritis(Damp-Heat Blocking Collaterals Syndrome)

Objective: Through the application of Jiawei Simiao Decoction in the treatment of gouty arthritis,the syndrome differentiation belongs to the clinical research of damp-heat blocking collateral syndrome.According to the results of the study,clinical effection evaluation and safety analysis were carried out.Methods: A randomized controlled clinical trial was used in this study.Seventy-two patients with gouty arthritis(damp-heat blocking collaterals syndrome)in the geriatric outpatient clinic of the Affiliated Hospital of Changchun University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2018 to December 2018 were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.36 cases in the control group were given allopurinol tablets 0.1g(1 tablet)orally once a day;36 cases in the treatment group were given jiawei Simiao Decoction on the basis of the control group,once a day,twice a day in the morning and evening.Both groups were treated for four weeks.After enrollment,the observation indicators of the patients were recorded,including blood uric acid,Visual Analogue Score and TCM syndrome score.The changes of the two groups before and after treatment were compared,and the relevant therapeutic indicators were compared between the two groups.Results:1.By comparing the serum uric acid level of patients,the two groups before and after treatment were better than before treatment(p < 0.05),the two groups after treatment were better than before treatment(p < 0.05),the two groups of serum uric acid were lower than before treatment,and the treatment group was better than the control group.2.By comparing the Visual Analogue Score of patients,the two groups before and after treatment were better than before treatment(p < 0.05),and the two groups were better than before treatment(p < 0.05).The Visual Analogue Score of the two groups were lower than before treatment,and the treatment group was better than the control group.3.By comparing the patients' single syndrome score,the main symptoms of the two groups were compared before and after treatment(p < 0.05).After treatment,the mainsymptoms of the two groups were better than those of the pre-treatment and post-treatment groups,which alleviated the pain of muscle or joint,swelling,and sense of gravity.The treatment group was superior to the control group(p < 0.05),and the two groups had the same curative effect after treatment(p > 0.05).The treatment group was superior to the control group after the treatment(p < 0.05),and the treatment group was superior to the control group after treatment(p < 0.05),and the treatment group was superior to the control group after treatment(p < 0.05).4.By comparing the scores of TCM syndromes of patients,the two groups before and after treatment(p < 0.05),after treatment are better than before treatment,the two groups between the comparison(p < 0.05),the treatment group is better than the control group.The total effective rate was 94.4% in the treatment group and 86.1% in the control group.The treatment group was better than the control group.Conclusion: The results showed that the treatment group(Jiawei Simiao Decoction combined with allopurinol oral)was better than the control group(allopurinol oral)(p <0.05).The results showed that the effect of Jiawei Simiao Decoction in the treatment of gouty arthritis was better than that of the control group(p < 0.05).The results showed that jiawei Simiao decoction was more effective in the treatment of gouty arthritis,and the two groups had better safety before and after treatment.
