The Research On Mental Health Servies’ Utilization Status And Developing Countermeasures In Qiqihar

Nowadays,suicides,self-injury,murder,vengeance,malicious retaliation and other accidents(cases)caused by abnormal psychological behaviors are frequent,which reflects that "mental health problems" are not only related to health problems,but also serious public health problems and serious social problems affecting social security and stability.I have searched many literatures based on key words such as "mental health","mental health status","mental health services" and "mental health policy and interviewed a number of domestic well-known experts in the field of mental health,relevant administrative leaders of National Health Commission in Heilongjiang Province and psychiatrists.I have used the Lorenz curve and Gini coefficient to analyze the fairness of 9mental health medical institutions in Qiqihar,visited to 188 community health centers in Qiqihar,and use questionnaires to investigate the awareness rate of the general population among the general population in Qiqihar.Then,I got four results.The first,the Gini coefficients of psychiatrists,registered nurses and beds distributed by population and geography are in an unbalanced state.The second,there are 188 community health service centers(including township health centers),but most of the specialties are clinical and nursing.37.77% of the communities have zero investment in mental health.The third,many indicators of management and treatment of severe mental disorders do not meet the requirements of management norms.Fourthly,the awareness rate of mental health knowledge in Qiqihar is 71.76%,which is slightly higher than 70% of the national plan.It is concluded that the allocation of mental health treatment resources in Qiqihar is unfair;the management of patients with severe mental disorders is not up to the standard;the level of community mental service is low;and the awareness rate of mental health knowledge in Qiqihar is not high.Through the analysis,it is proposed to strengthen the service capacity of mental health medical institutions,strengthen the training of mental health professionals,pay attention to psychological crisis intervention and psychological assistance,pay attention to mentalhealth services for special populations,strengthen the services for patients with severe mental disorders,build a platform for mental health services,carry out mental health promotion and education in an all-round way,and improve the priorities of administrative departments.It’s our responsibility to improve the health level of the people and provide feasible suggestions for the stable development of local mental health undertakings.It is of great significance to realize the grand goals of "healthy city" and even "healthy China" and "safe China".
