A Comparative Study Of Jing Hua Weikang Capsule And Probiotics Combined With Remedial Therapy Respectively In The Treatment Of Helicobacter Pylori Associated Gastritis

Objective To clarify the efficacy of Jinghua Weikang capsules and probiotics combined with standard quadruple remedial therapy in improving the secondary eradication rate of HP,alleviating the clinical symptoms of Helicobacter pylori-associated gastritis,improving the classification of endoscopic and pathological inflammation,and reducing the adverse reactions during medication.Method One hundred and fifty patients with Hp infection treated in 967 Hospital of the Joint Logistics Support Force of the Chinese People's Liberation Army from November 1,2017 to April 30,2019 were selected and randomly divided into standard quadruple remedial therapy group,remedial therapy combined with Jinghua Weikang capsule group and remedial therapy combined with probiotics group.14 C urea breath test after treatment was observed in three groups.The results of the experiment,clinical symptoms,endoscopic gastritis inflammation and pathological inflammation grading changes,adverse reactions during medication,and evaluation of the changes in the above indicators.Result Secondary eradication rate of HP: The secondary eradication rates of HP in standard quadruple remedial therapy group,Jinghua Weikang group and probiotics group were 78.0%,94.0% and 92.0% respectively.Compared with Jinghua Weikang group and probiotic group,the standard quadruple remedial therapy group had significant difference(P < 0.05).However,there was no significant difference between Jinghua Weikang group and probiotics group(P > 0.05).The improvement rate of clinical symptoms:The improvement rates of clinical symptoms in standard quadruple remedial therapy group,Jinghua Weikang group and probiotics group were 80.0%,96.0% and 94%,respectively.Compared with Jinghua Weikang group and probiotic group,the standard quadruple remedial therapy group had significant difference(P <0.05).There was no significant difference between Jinghua Weikang group and probiotics group(P > 0.05).Improvement rate of endoscopic findings and pathological findings:For patients with active gastric mucosal inflammation:The improvement rates of active gastric mucosal inflammation in standard quadruple remedial therapy group,Jinghua Weikang group and probiotics group were 78.6%,93.5% and 92.5% respectively.There was no significant difference between the three groups(P > 0.05);For patients with chronic atrophic gastritis:The improvement rates of gastric mucosal atrophy in standard quadruple remedial therapy group,Jinghua Weikang group and probiotics group were 40.0%,76.4% and 76.9%,respectively.Compared with Jinghua Weikang group and probiotic group,the standard quadruple remedial therapy group had significant difference(P < 0.05).There was no significant difference between Jinghua Weikang group and probiotics group(P >0.05);For patients with intestinal metaplasia and dysplasia,there was no significant change in the results of reexamination compared with those before treatment.These results suggest that the three treatment regimens are ineffective for patients with intestinal metaplasia and dysplasia.Incidence of adverse reactions:The incidence of adverse reactions in standard quadruple remedial therapy group,Jinghua Weikang group and probiotic group were 24%,8% and 6%,respectively.Compared with Jinghua Weikang group and probiotic group,the standard quadruple remedial therapy group had significant difference(P < 0.05).There was no significant difference between Jinghua Weikang group and probiotics group(P > 0.05).Conclusion Compared with the standard quadruple remedial therapy,the remedial therapy combined with Jinghua Weikang capsule and probiotics has significant effect in the treatment of Helicobacter pylori-related gastritis.It can significantly improve the secondary eradication rate of Helicobacter pylori,alleviate the clinical symptoms of Helicobacter pylori-related gastritis,improve the active inflammation of gastric mucosa under endoscopy,alleviate the degree of atrophy of gastric mucosa,and reduce the period Adverse reactions.
