The Combination Of Jinghua Weikang Capsule Combined With Triple Therapy Has Been Applied To The Eradication Of Hp Clinical Observation

Objective:In order to explore the effect of the combination therapy of jinghua weikang capsule combined with triple therapy on the eradication of Hp,the effect of this scheme on anti-hp effect was compared with the bismuth quadruple solution.Methods:Choose in June 2016-January 2018 digestive department in our hospital outpatient gastroscopy confirmed for chronic gastritis line 14 C breath test for Hp positive and 118 cases of patients with gastrointestinal symptoms,according to the random table method were randomly divided into treatment group(group A)and control group(group B),59 cases in treatment group given Jing Hua weikang capsule quadruple scheme,the control group given bismuth agent quadruple scheme,two groups of A course of 10,and check after discontinuation in January 14 c breath test,record its gastrointestinal symptoms and Hp turn rate.Results:Treatment group and control group total effectiveness respectively is: 82.2%,89.81%,treatment group effective through analysis of ITT and PP were 84.75%,89.29%,the control effectiveness through analysis of ITT and PP were 79.66%,90.38%,treatment group there was no statistically significant difference compared with the control group(P > 0.05);The clinical symptom remission rate in the treatment group and the control group was 94.64% and 73.08% respectively.There were statistically significant differences between group A and group B(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse drug reactions in both groups was 5.36% and 26.92%,respectively,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Jing Hua weikang capsule combined triple therapy Hp eradication and bismuth agent quadruple therapy effect is basically the same,but in patients with abdominal pain,abdominal distension,acid reflux,heartburn,nausea,bad breath,hiccups,gastrointestinal symptoms such as constipation,Jing Hua weikang group was better than bismuth agent quadruple scheme,and Jing Hua weikang solution ratio of adverse drug reactions occurred in patients with significantly lower than the standard quad.
