Objective: To research the knowledge and practice of humanistic care and humane care of general practitioners in grass-roots medical and health service institutions,analyze the problems and causes of general practitioners' humanistic cognition and practice,and compare the differences of humanities care of different characteristics of general practitioners.To propose measures and solutions to improve the awareness and ability of the general practitioners' humanistic care,to promote the overall development of grass-roots general practitioners and the improvement of professional ethics,thereby improving the quality and level of service of grass-roots health care institutions and improving the relationship between doctors and patients.Improve the public's recognition of grass-roots general practitioners,and urge general practitioners to better play the role of “gatekeeper” in the health of residents and control medical expenses,and help everyone achieve the goal of reform of basic medical and health services,basically satisfying health.China's construction needs;provide theoretical reference and basis for the overall development of the grass-roots general practitioners,policy improvement.Methods: The literature research method was used to define the concept of humanistic care for general practitioners in grass-roots health care institutions and to clarify the significance of research.According to the purpose of the research,the questionnaire designed and use in survey.Questionnaires include the humanistic care of grass-roots general practitioners in three aspects,such as “humanistic care in grass-roots medical services”;in the form of field interviews,seven grass-roots medical and health service institutions were investigated to understand the basic GPs' knowledge of humanities.Caring understanding,cognition and practice.Descriptive statistics wereused to analyze the questionnaire data,and the basic GP's knowledge of humanistic care and its existing problems were analyzed,and corresponding measures were proposed.Results: The results of the questionnaire show that most grass-roots general practitioners recognize the importance of humanistic care,but they have certain limitations on humanistic care.The core understanding of the humanistic care“satisfying patient requirements” is relatively low,with only 55% of respondents recognizing that this should be included.Grass-roots general practitioners of different ages,academic qualifications,professional titles,working status,and monthly average income have different perceptions of humanistic care.General practitioners aged 35 and under have a higher awareness of humane care,and general practitioners over the age of55 have lower awareness of humane care;the higher the degree of education,the more aware of the importance of human care Good;the higher the professional title,the lower the awareness of the importance of humanistic care;the general practitioner's awareness of the importance of humanistic care is significantly higher than that of non-integrated general practitioners;the lower monthly average income is more important for humanistic care.The better the recognition.Grass-roots GPs have a better understanding of the specific practices of certain humane care,such as “Do you keep confidential the specific information of residents' health records,respect the privacy and choice of residents?”(99.1%);some have a relatively low level of cognition.For example,“Whether you pay attention to the condition of the mentally handicapped patients you are managing,will you pay attention to the inner feelings of your family members?”(81.3%)The grass-roots general practitioners are not fully aware of the practice of humanistic care,such as humanistic care.In the embodiment,only 62% of the respondents who chose "everything from the patient's interests" were selected.Conclusion: Most grass-roots general practitioners recognize the importance of humanistic care,but their cognition was limited.,and there is a still considerable gap in how to reflect humanistic care in their work practices.Humanistic care is essential for grass-roots general practitioners,and it is related to the improvement of the overall quality of medical services and the improvement of the relationship between doctorsand patients.How to improve the grass-roots cognition and practical ability of GPs at the grass-roots level to make them have the concept of humanistic care.The whole process of public health services and basic medical services is the focus of physic care for grass-roots general practitioners.In view of the problems in the knowledge and practical ability of the general practitioners' humanistic care,it is urgent to take corresponding measures to improve the status of humanistic care of grass-roots general practitioners,so as to promote the overall development of the general practitioners at all levels and the improvement of professional ethics.The relationship between doctors and patients will be improved,and promoting the general practitioners to better play the role of “gatekeeper” in the health of residents and control of medical expenses,and basically meet the needs of healthy Chinese construction.This will help the family doctors to sign up services and promote the construction of a graded diagnosis and treatment system,which will help improve the quality of primary medical and health services and help everyone achieve the goal of basic medical and health services.
