With the mass transfer of the rural population to cities and industrial districts are widely established in eastern coastal areas of China, it has very important theoretical significance to research reproductive health work in the population-centered area. Especially for female staffs in industrial district, husband-wife separation and early sex behavior can frequently make unconventional threats to reproductive health of this group in recent years, with the "polygamy" and "provisional" couples phenomenon. Based on this topic, this study wants to explore service mechanism of the female reproductive health protection to Shenzhen industrial district through the combination of quantitative and qualitative empirical research methods, and put forward concrete Suggestions on this basis. According to the survey, female staffs in Shenzhen industrial district face serious risk in their sexual attitudes, sexual knowledge, sexual prevention and sexual treatment; respondents generally present strong reproductive health servicing needs for grass-roots organizations in various stages, and the majority of respondents are willing to participate in related activities; from current reproductive health services provided by grass-roots organizations, although the degree and strength of overall services improving continuously, its service satisfy conditions are still not optimistic, there is an unequal status of needs and supply. Based on this, research suggests that China’s grass-roots organizations should further strengthen the emphasis on reproductive health issues, optimize the methods to resolve female staffs’ reproductive health problems, and strive to form multiple system of reproductive health services.
