Study On Hospitalization Expenses Of Chronic Patients Based On BP Neural Network

Objective:Hospitalization expenses are an important part of medical expenses.In the area where the research institution is located,chronic diseases represented by cerebral infarction and coronary heart disease bring serious economic burden to patients and families and society.Therefore,how to control cerebral infarction and crown The cost of hospitalization for patients with chronic diseases of heart disease is of great significance.Previous studies have found that the actual length of hospital stay,the number of complications,the number of complications,age,hospital admission,treatment outcomes and other factors are the main influencing factors of hospitalization costs for cerebral infarction and coronary heart disease.Therefore,this study is based on the analysis of the changes in hospitalization expenses of two kinds of chronic heart disease before and after the comprehensive reform policy of public hospitals.Further use BP neural network model to verify which influencing factors are the main influencing factors of hospitalization costs for cerebral infarction and coronary heart disease.Provide a theoretical basis for controlling the cost of these two chronic diseases in the region.Method:According to ICD code I63.000—I69.000 and I21.000—I25.900,the hospitalization cost data of patients with chronic cerebral infarction and coronary heart disease from 2013 to 2017 were screened from the information system of People's Hospital of a certain district in Liaoning Province.Research data;use descriptive analysis method to briefly describe the patient's sociodemographic information and basic hospitalization;use structural change analysis method to analyze the change of the average hospitalization cost and cost of two chronic diseases patients,and calculate the hospitalization expenses.Structural change value,structural change degree and structural change contribution rate;BP neural network model was used to analyze the influencing factors of hospitalization expenses for patients with cerebral infarction and coronary heart disease,and the sensitivity and importance of influencing factors to hospitalization expenses were calculated.Result:1.In the process of data collection,the research institute fully implemented the comprehensive reform policy of public hospitals on August 26,2017.Therefore,this study analyzed the changes in hospitalization expenses before and after the reform,and the results showed that patients with cerebral infarction and crown The risk of western medicine,examination fee and consumables of patients with chronic diseases of heart disease changed negatively.The cumulative rate of change of cumulative contribution of patients with cerebral infarction and coronary heart disease was 50%.The nursing fee,treatment fee and bed fee showed positive changes.The cumulative change rate was 47.08% and 30.97%;the average proportion of western medicines is more than 30%.2.The cost of hospitalization was calculated by the hospitalization cost and hospitalization days.The average standardized value was 87.6% and 69.3%,respectively.The total hospitalization cost of cerebral infarction calculated the impact of hospitalization and hospitalization days on hospitalization expenses.The average standardized values were 89.8% and 72.5%,respectively.The cost of hospitalization,the age,the length of hospital stay and the medical payment method have an impact on the hospitalization expenses.The average standardized values are 72.7%,67.9%,66.5% and 55.4% respectively.The total hospitalization cost of coronary heart disease is calculated.Age,hospitalization,and hospital stay had an impact on hospitalization costs,with average standardized values of 84.1%,77.0%,and 76.0%,respectively.Conclusion:Carrying out population health education,prevention and control of cerebral infarction and coronary heart disease is of great significance for reducing the occurrence of disease complications,avoiding disability and death,and improving the prognosis of patients.The institution's cerebral infarction and coronary heart disease patients have decreased western medicine fees,examination fees,and consumables fees,and the nursing,treatment,and bed fees have been raised.This indicates that the reform has an impact on the changes in hospitalization expenses,but Western medicine fees,inspection fees and The proportion of consumables is still high,exceeding 70%.Therefore,it is necessary to optimize the internal income structure of the hospital,reform the salary incentive mechanism for medical staff,and encourage medical staff to practice more,which can improve the reasonable income of medical staff and effectively control the hospitalization expenses of patients.In addition,improving the level of treatment,strengthening the cooperation of medical associations,and carrying out health education for chronic diseases can effectively shorten the length of hospital stay,improve the quality of medical care,meet the medical needs of patients,improve the utilization of hospital resources,and reduce the economic burden of diseases for patients and families.
