The reform of the medical security system is one of the hot issues in the reform of the medical and health system. The effectiveness of the reform of the medical security system is manifested in the control of medical expenses. The rapid increase in medical expenses has brought great economic burden to the people. The sustained increase in medical expenses, especially hospitalization costs, has been a hot issue of concern to society. , "Expensive doctor, see a doctor difficult" is to become the voice of the community. At the same time,in recent years,China's rapid economic development level, people's living standards continue to improve at the same time people's living habits and diet is constantly changing, followed by the incidence of cardiovascular disease and mortality increased year by year, Acute myocardial infarction is one of the most common cardiovascular diseases. This paper focuses on the hospitalization cost structure of patients with acute myocardial infarction, analyzes the main influencing factors of hospitalization costs and further discusses the extent of their impact, so as to find out the problems in the hospitalization cost structure of patients with acute myocardial infarction. To study the hospitalization cost structure and its influencing factors in patients with acute myocardial infarction, it is beneficial to formulate the standard of single disease payment, save medical and health resources and control medical expenses reasonably. On the other hand, it is helpful to strengthen hospital management, optimize hospital internal process, service quality. At the same time for the health administrative departments to develop and implement relevant policies to provide reference recommendations. In this paper, descriptive statistical analysis was used to analyze the hospitalization cost structure of patients with acute myocardial infarction. Through the establishment of multiple linear regression model, stepwise regression analysis was used to analyze the influencing factors of hospitalization cost of all samples, samples of patients and non-surgical patients. The results of the study include the following:1. The use of descriptive statistical analysis of all acute myocardial infarction in patients with hospital cost structure analysis. In all patients with hospitalization costs, surgery and materials costs and the highest proportion of medical expenses, thus strengthening the surgical treatment of high-quality supplies management, control of medical services in the process of standardized medication, is to avoid an irrational increase in medical expenses Important move.2. The stepwise regression analysis was used to analyze the influencing factors of hospitalization costs for samples of all samples, samples of patients and non-surgical patients. The results show that the most influential cost of hospitalization is the cost of surgery. The cost of hospitalization is proportional to the length of hospitalization.Meanwhile, whether hospitalized patients with diabetes mellitus and their hospitalization have a certain effect on hospitalization costs. In addition, for surgical patients, whether the surgical category, whether for medical insurance patients, whether suffering from high blood pressure on their hospital costs have an impact. For non-surgical hospitalized patients, whether suffering from diabetes, whether suffering from old myocardial infarction, whether the medical insurance for their hospital costs also have an impact.3. Compare the results of empirical analysis of samples of patients with surgical and non-surgical patients and see if medical insurance has the opposite effect on hospitalized patients who have undergone surgical treatment and hospitalized patients who are not hospitalized. The cost of hospitalization for patients with medical insurance is generally lower than the cost of hospitalization for patients without medical insurance, while the cost of hospitalization for non-surgical patients with medical insurance is generally higher than that of non-surgical patients without medical insurance.
