Objectives Observe wood achievers spilled soup of phlegm wet speech Meniere's disease Patients related to improve the situation, thereby achievers spilled soup treatment of phlegm wet speech Meniere' s disease, the evaluation is objective, observe the clinical effects of the herbal medicine in treating the disease,in order to treat speech Meniere's disease provides a new method and train of thought, for the next step to explore the mechanism of action of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of speech Meniere's disease provide clinical basisMethods Choose September 2017 to December 2018 in wenzhou, zhejiang university of Chinese medicine affiliated hospital(wenzhou hospital visits)and was diagnosed with speech to Meniere' s disease(phlegmy wet)60 cases patients, all patients were in speech to Meniere's disease(phlegmy wet)diagnostic criteria, randomized, according to the proportion of 1:1 points wood achievers spilled soup group(treatment group)and min in the group(control group).7d was one course of treatment, and both groups received continuous treatment for one course of treatment. After the treatment, the changes of vertigo disorder scale(DHI).tinnitus disability scale(THI),ear tightness visual analogue scale(VAS)and TCM syndrome score in the two groups were observed, and the relevant clinical efficacy was judged.Patients were followed up for 3 months to evaluate the long-term efficacy.Results1.1 DHI scale scores:The difference in DHI scale scores between the two groups was statistically significant((P<0.05),and the treatment group was superior to the control group.1.2 THI scale score:There was statistically significant difference in THI score between the two groups(P<0.05),while there was no statistically significant difference in THI score between the two groups(P>0.05).The difference between the two groups after treatment was statistically significant(P<0.05)1.3 VAS scale score:There was no significant difference in VAS scores between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment, the differences in VAS scores of vertigo and tinnitus between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05),while the differences in VAS scores of ear tightness and hearing loss were not statistically significant(P>0.05)1.4 clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine:The total effective rate was 90%in the treatment group and 66.67%in the control group, and the difference in TCM syndrome score between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05)2.Safety analysis:during the clinical observation,no adverse events related to the drug use in this study occurred in any of the 60 patients, and no significant abnormalities were found in the laboratory safety indicators3.Long-term efficacy:three months after the end of the treatment, the severity and frequency of seizures of the patients who were followed up successfully were improved compared with those before the treatmentConclusion Chai Chen ze xie decoction has a significant clinical effect in treating Meniere's disease(phlegm-dampness type),which can alleviate the symptoms of vertigo and tinnitus, etc. Moreover,it is superior to the min long group and has a high safety, which is worthy of further research and promotion.
