Therapeutic Effect Of Meridian Acupoint Massage On Intolerance In Neonatal Feeding

Objective With the opening up and popularization of "second child" policy,older mothers increase,newborn increase,and premature children increase.Children with perinatal diseases increase.For example,asphyxia and children with infections can cause intolerance of neonatal feeding.This study was to investigate the clinical efficacy of meridian acupoint massage in treating neonatal teeding intolerance and to provide a clinical basis for neonatal feeding.Methods Sixty infants with impatience were enrolled in the neonatal hospitalized NICU hospital from August 2016 to August 2018,and were randomly divided into treatment group(n=30)and control group(n =30)by simple digital randomization method.Before treatment,the two groups were routinely checked for three major routine,liver function,renal function,myocardial enzyme,electrolyte,blood gas analysis,routine examination of routine examination after treatment three routine,liver function,renal function,myocardial enzyme,electrolyte,blood gas analysis.Record total bilirubin,hemoglobin changes in value.Clinical daily data collected including milk,calories,body weight,residual gastric volume(percentage),vomiting,stool frequency,abdominal distension,record by the gastrointestinal tract intake of heat card 50kcal/kg.d,80kcal/kg.d,100kcal/kg.d(total gastrointestinal feeding)time,hemoglobin change,jaundice duration and so on.The two groups of patients were observed in the two groups of patients with clinical manifestations and changes in the level of indicators of the presence or absence of complications,and neonatal meridian acupressure massage safety assessment.ResultsThe duration of feeding intolerance in the treatment group and the age of total intestinal feeding were significantly shorter than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The results of the efficacy evaluation showed that the treatment efficiency was 33.33%,and the total effective rate was 80%,the control group showed an effective rate of 30%,the total effective rate was 63.33%,the treatment group was significantly higher than the control group,the sputum 2 test,the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no difference in the change of hemoglobin in the treatment group(P>0.05).The change of hemoglobin in the control group was significant,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and erythromycin had no such effect.The mean duration of neonatal jaundice in the treatment group was shortened compared with the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05)conclusion1.Meridian acupoint massage can promote neonatal gastrointestinal function faster development,earlier maturity,improve gastrointestinal motility,shorten the preterm infants parenteral nutrition time and faster to achieve adequate gastrointestinal feeding,shorten the hospital stay2.Meridian acupoint massage can improve the tolerance of neonatal gastrointestinal feeding.reduce neonatal anemia during neonatal hospitalizations,neonatal jaundice complications3.Neonatal meridian acupuncture massage safety,no obvious adverse reactions.
