Objective:Serum levels of XO,H-FABP,troponin T?CTnT?,MMP-2,MMP-9?Matrix metalloproteinases2,9?in patients with chronic heart failure were measured and compared with those in healthy control group to understand the relationship between XO levels of H-FABP,CTnT,MMP-2 and MMP-9.Methods:From July 2017 to March 2018,patients hospitalized in the Department of Cardiology, meet the diagnostic criteria of chronic systolic heart failure.92cases of heart failure group, and healthy control group were included as the research objects.According to the LVEF measured by echocardiography,LVEF?<40%?,92 cases. There were 60 cases in healthy control group.Indicators were measured by ELISA and analyzed by statistics. Conclusion:XO level was higher in patients with systolic heart failure?LVEF<40%?than in healthy controls.XO level was positively correlated with B-type natriuretic peptide?BNP?level in patients with systolic heart failure?r=0.631?,and AUGROC=0.791 in patients with systolic heart failure, suggesting that the diagnostic accuracy of this index was moderate. The optimal critical point of XO for the diagnosis of chronic systolic heart failure is3633.1 pg/ml,with sensitivity of 0.734,specificity of 0.733,positive predictive value of0.74 and negative predictive value of 0.73.
