Clinical Observation And Research On The Immunomodulation Of Yiqiyangyin Prescription In The Period Of Bone Marrow Suppression After Chemotherapy For Acute Leukemia With Deficiency Of Qi And Yin

Objective: By studying the changes of the symptoms,signs and hematological indexes in the treatment of acute leukemia patiences after chemotherapy in the two groups,the difference of efficacy was compared between the two groups.Methods: In December 2017 to April 2019 in the fourth clinical medical college of xinjiang medical university hospital diagnosed patients with acute leukemia after chemotherapy in the bone marrow suppression and dialectical stage to qi and Yin deficiency of 44 cases of patients,according to the patient will divided into experimental group(24)and group(20),treatment group given oral Chinese medicine qi party,base group of oral medicine,observation period for 14 days,record into the group of 0 days,7 days,14 days of routine blood(WBC,RBC,PLT),Coagulation test(PT,APTT,Fib),liver function(ALT,AST),kidney function(Cr,BUN)and TCM symptom score were performed on day0 and day 14,and adverse reactions were recorded.The obtained data were analyzed by SPSS21 statistical software.Results: Through statistical analysis of two groups of general data was comparable,There was no significacnt difference in blood routine,blood coagulation,liver function and kidney function between the expertimental group and the control group before teatment(P>0.05),the hemoglobin count,treatment scheme of the differences between two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05),two groups all can increase white blood cells,the platelet count in the 2 groups in different time difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),through the comparison between 2 groups APTT difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),There was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Efficacyanalysis of traditional Chinese medicine: the total effective rate of the experimental group was 62.5%,and that of the basic group was 50%.There was no statistically significant difference in the effective rate between the two groups(P>0.05),and no statistically significant difference in the supportive treatment between the two groups.Symptom integral analysis: fatigue,shortness of breath,spontaneous sweating and dryness of pharynx and mouth showed statistically significant differences between the two groups(P<0.05).In addition to the symptoms of poor appetite,dry stools and dryness of pharynx and mouth,the other two groups showed statistically significant differences before and after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion:Nourishing qi and nourishing Yin prescription can promote leukaemia peripheral blood leukocytes in the period of bone marrow suppression after chemotherapy,and at the same time can improve the clinical symptoms of fatigue,shortness of breath,spontaneous sweating,dry throat and dry mouth.
