Bushen Jianpi Method Was To Investigate The Treatment Of Acute Leukemia Cause Bone Marrow Suppression

BackgroundIn this study, bushen jianpi method provide reference materials for the treatment of patients with acute leukemia.MethodsClinical collected 29 patients were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, chemotherapy regimens using anthracyclines plus Ara-C. Experimental group taking Bazhen soup, control group was not given. Finally collation with the number of blood cells, the number of transfusions, subcutaneous injection the number of stimulating factor, symptom scores and other data.Consequence(1) The number of blood cells before and after chemotherapy were compared:the experimental group and the control group had no significant difference (P> 0.05) before chemotherapy. After chemotherapy on day 7, day 12, day 15, blood cell count was higher in the experimental group (P<0.05).(2) After chemotherapy, the control group to enter the number of days of IV myelosuppression was 13.57 ± 2.20 days, more than the experimental group (P<0.05).(3) The experimental group used 2.50 ± 2.46 units of red blood cells, platelets using 2.20 ± 1.47 units, subcutaneous injection granulocyte colony-stimulating factor using 3.93 ± 4.99 units; test group were less than the control group (P> 0.05).(4) Comparison of TCM symptom score after the first week, second week, the experimental group has a lower integration (P<0.05).(5) the experimental group have healed three, seven people were cured, there are three effective, two ineffective, the total effective rate was 86.7%; Comparison between the two, better efficacy the experimental group.in conclusion(1)Chinese medicine use bushen jianpi method can reduce the extent of patients with acute leukemia bone marrow suppression, shortening the time of bone marrow suppression, in favor of the patient’s bone marrow recovery.(2) Chinese medicine use bushen jianpi method can significantly improve symptoms.
