Study On The Utilization Of Medical Services For The Elderly In Yanbian Area

In the age of aging,the utilization of medical services is crucial to improving the health of all people.At the same time,promoting all people to make full use of the existing medical services is an important embodiment of the comprehensive development of a country or region's social and economic development.In this paper,the existing research status was sorted out,and primary data were collected by the methods of interview,participant observation and questionnaire survey.From the perspectives of ethnology,medical anthropology,sociology and demography,this paper systematically analyzes the utilization of medical services for the elderly in yanbian district,focusing on the analysis of the health status of the elderly,the medical system of yanbian prefecture,the medical practice of the elderly and the influencing factors of the utilization of medical services.This paper is divided into six chapters:the first chapter is the introduction,mainly elaborating on the origin,purpose and significance of the research,sorting out the relevant literature,and briefly describing the field situation and the main research methods;The second chapter is an overview of the basic situation of the elderly,from the demographic,social and economic characteristics of the basic situation of the research object described;The third chapter is the analysis of the current situation of medical service utilization,which mainly involves the multi-level medical system of yanbian state and the multi-level medical practice of the elderly,as well as the degree of satisfaction in the process of medical service utilization of the elderly.Chapter four analyzes the influence of these factors on the utilization of medical services for the elderly from the aspects of disease cognition system,economic factors,kinship and acquaintance network.Chapter five discusses the problems of doctor-patient relationship and medical insurance system caused by cognitive conflict,and analyzes the existing conditions of multiple medical systems from the perspective of demand theory.The last part of the sixth chapter summarizes the supply and utilization of medical service with the theory of culture.The hierarchy of medical system exists in yanbian area,together with the multivariate multiple levels of medical system represents a different cultural system,is also the embodiment of the culture diversity,the individual in the process of growth,from different aspects of local culture,develop their own unique set of cognitive system disease,this article from the Angle of ethnology research on medical service using relevant content development.
