Objective:In patients undergoing painless colonoscopy, the effect of polyethylene glycol electrolyte powder at different time points on intestinal cleansing was studied. The purpose is to seek a more reasonable way of intestinal cleansing,so as to provide a basis for the selection of high-quality intestinal preparation in clinical practice. Methods:Randomly selected 4016 patients in our digestive endoscopy center who got painless colonoscopy from June 2018 to December 2018,and collected the patient's gender, age, and the history of constipation, the history of colorectal surgery, polyp, intestinal tumor, and inflammatory bowel disease, inflammatory bowel disease with stenosis retrospectively. The object of study is divided into group A and group B according to the administration time. For group A: patients should take 1 box of constant Kang Zhengqing at 18 o'clock the day before the checking day,and take 2 boxes constant Kang Zhengqing at 4 o'clock on the checking day,and then take the painless colonoscopy examination at 8 to 12 o'clock. For group B: patients should take 1 box of constant Kang Zhengqing at 18 o'clock the day before the checking day,and take 2boxes constant Kang Zhengqing at 8 o'clock on the checking day,and then take the painless colonoscopy examination at 13 to 16 o'clock.Patients in two groups were rated according to the Boston bowel cleanliness score during painless colonoscopy. The totalscore ? 6 and each intestinal segment was ? 2 is the standard of adequate preparation, and the rest were inadequate. The scores of the whole intestine, right hemicolon, transverse colon and left hemicolon of the patients in the two groups were compared to explore the influence of oral intestinal cleansing drugs on intestinal preparation in different administration time.In addition, information such as gender, age, constipation, history of colorectal surgery, polyps, intestinal malignancy, inflammatory bowel disease and inflammatory bowel disease combined with stenosis of the patients were collected, and chi-square test was conducted with adequate intestinal preparation patients to explore the influencing factors that may affect theintestinal preparation.Results:1.There were no statistically significant differences in Boston BBPS score(P=0.707)among left hemicolon score(P=0.052),transverse colon score(P=0.299),and right hemicolon score(0.101)between the two groups(P= >0.05).2.Risk factors and intestinal preparation show: gender(P= 0.014),age(P= 0.024),constipation(P= 0.020),history of endoscopic intestinal surgery(P= 0.607),polyps(P=0.242),history of colorectal surgery(P= 0.011),intestinal malignancy(P= 0.030),inflammatory bowel disease with stenosis(P=0.001).There were statistically significant differences in gender, age, constipation, colorectal surgery history, intestinal malignancy and inflammatory bowel disease with stenosis(P < 0.05).However,there was no significant difference in polyp, inflammatory bowel disease and history of endoscopic surgery(P > 0.05).Conclution:1.For the current medication mode of hengkang zhengqing in our hospital, compared with group B,group A had similar cleaning effect on the whole colon, the left hemicolon, the transverse colon and the right hemicolon, and the difference had no statistically significant, which proved that oral intestinal cleansing drugs in two administration time had no significant impact on the intestinal preparation of patients.2.Male in gender, older than 60 years, constipation, history of colorectal surgery, intestinal malignant tumor, inflammatory bowel disease merger stenosis were the risk factors influencing the bowel preparation, and when patients had one or more of the risk factors, traditional colon cleansing drug dosing way may not be able to achieve ideal intestinal cleaning effect, and therefore, these patients should be given individualized solutions for intestinal preparation.
