Objective Observe the changes of acute phase serum CysC level in hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage patients, evaluate the occurrence of post-stroke fatigue(PSF)at 6 months,to explore the risk factors of PSF in hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage patients and its correlation with serum Cys C.Methods By prospective analysis,we collected cerebral hemorrhage patients who lived in the neurology department of Northern Jiangsu People's Hospital from Oct.2017 to Sep.2018,included 94 hypertensive cerebral patients who are the first time to have stroke, collected their acute stage clinical data, including age, gender, hypertension, diabetes, smoking, drinking and some other clinical data such as the amount of bleeding in the brain hematoma, the NIHSS score and Glasgow score in admission, etal.Draw extract 5ml venous blood in the next morning, applied micro particle enhanced turbidimetric method for the determination of serum Cys C level(by the clinical laboratory of Northern Jiangsu People's Hospital).Test the white blood cell count, glycated hemoglobin, blood sugar, blood fat and hemoglobin blood, coagulation routine, serum protein routin and some other biochemical indexes such as kidney function, etal.Evaluate the prognosis of cerebral hemorrhage patients with the mRS score 6 months after onset,mRS > 2 points is poor prognosis,mRS ? 2 points is good prognosis.Evaluate the fatigue severity of patients With FSS scale 6 months after onset,FSS ? 4 is PSF while FSS < 4 is not PSF.To analyze the correlation between PSF with acute phase serum Cys C level and the mRS score 6 months after onset as well as the correlation between the prognosis at 6 months of onset and acute phase serum Cys C level in patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage. Results The occurrence of PSF at 6 months after onset of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage was positively correlated with Cys C level(OR = 15.395,95% CI 1.140-207.942,P = 0.040)and the mRS score 6 months after onset(OR = 5.733,95% CI 2.380-13.812,P < 0.001).There was no significant correlation between PSF with other factors(P > 0.05).There was no significant correlation between poor prognosis and serum Cys C in patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage at 6 months after onset, but positive correlation with age(OR = 1.079,95% CI 1.023-1.138,P = 0.005),bleeding volume(OR = 1.140,95% CI 1.004-1.293,P = 0.042),admission NIHSS score(OR = 1.242,95% CI 1.094-1.409,P = 0.001).There was no significant correlation between poor prognosis with other basic data and biochemical indicators(P> 0.05).Conclusion The occurrence of PSF in patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage is significantly correlated with acute phase serum CysC level. The mRS score 6 months after onset and the level of serum CysC in acute phase are independent predictors of the occurrence of PSF at 6 months. The poor prognosis of patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage after 6 months is not correlate with acute phase serum Cys C level.
