Objective:To study the efficacy of duloxetine combined with nerve pulsed rad iofrequency ablation for cancer pain. Methods:Inpatients in the pain department of our hospital from September2016to January2019were randomly divided into observa tion group and control group(15 cases in each group)according to the inclusion cri teria and exclusion criteria.According to the randomized controlled study method,th e control group only The nerve pulsed radiofrequency adjustment technique was us ed to treat cancer pain. The experimental group was treated with duloxetine on the basis of nerve pulsed radiofrequency adjustment technique. The total course of trea tment was4weeks.[The initial dose of the drug is:duloxetine enteric-coated capsule3 Omg/d,qd,the dose is increased to60mg/d at the beginning of the second week of t reatment;(30mg,bid,oral)for4weeks).Before and after treatment, the depression self-rati ng scale(SDS),anxiety self-rating scale(SAS),and visual analog scale(VAS)were used to compare the total scores before and after treatment. The patient's psychological status was assessed. Results:After treatment, the degree of cancer pain reduction in t he experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group. The degree of depression and anxiety was also significantly lower than that of the con trol group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Duloxe tine as a novel5-HT(serotonin)and NE(norepinephrine)reuptake dual potent inhibitors(SNRIs)is currently widely recommended for the treatment of various types of neu ropathic pain.Duloxetine combined with nerve pulsed radiofrequency ablation for th e treatment of cancer pain can effectively alleviate the symptoms of cancer pain i n patients with advanced cancer, improve the quality of life of patients, and improve the depression and anxiety of patients to some extent, and can be promoted and a pplied clinically.
