Objective:To discuss the correlation between exfoliation syndrome and CACNA1A gene,APOE gene in Xinjiang Uygur Population.Method:A study was carried out among the Uygur population in Kashgar,Kuqa and the First Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University from January 2017 to January 2019.513samples(216 cases in XFS group and 297 cases in control group)were enrolled in this study. All the patients were sampled 5ml from peripheral blood and their DNA was extracted.According to the relevant documents,rs2926244 locus of CACNA1A gene,rs429358 locus of APOE gene and rs7412 locus of APOE gene were selected.513 samples were typed by imLDRTM multiple SNP typing kit.The difference of allele frequency and genotype frequency distribution between XFS group and control group was analyzed by?~2 test. The ratio(OR)value and 95%of genotype frequency distribution were used.Confidence interval(CI)denotes relative risk and analyses its relationship with exfoliation syndrome in Uygur population. Results:After logistic regression correction with age,the results showed that the rs4926244 locus of CACNA1A gene,rs429358 of APOE gene,rs7412 locus of APOE gene had no correlation with XFS in dominant model, recessive model and Log-additive model in male patients. In female patients, the results showed that rs4926244 locus of CACNA1A gene,rs429358 of APOE gene and rs7412 of APOE gene had no correlation with XFS.Locus in dominant model, recessive model and Log-additive model had no correlation with the incidence of XFS.Conclusion:The rs4926244 locus of CACNA1A gene,rs429358 locus of APOE,and rs7412 locus of APOE gene have no association with exfoliation syndrome in Xinjiang Uygur population.
