Clinical Application Of Redunction Mammaplasty Using Inferior Pedicle Of 31 Pacient

Objective:To explore using the inferior pedicle to correct the Breast reduction.Methods:retrospective analysis In our department,from January 2005 to November 2018,there were 12 cases of patients who were definitely diagnosed with breast hypertrophy and corrected by using the lower pedicle flap.Telephone or WeChat follow-up was conducted for preoperative symptom improvement,satisfaction with appearance,scarring,sensitivity of the nipple and areola,and overall satisfaction.According to the evaluation data,the advantages and disadvantages of the lower pedicle flap in the treatment of breast hypertrophy were summarized.Results:After the follow-up by mobile phone or WeChat,according to the subjective evaluation of patients and the comparison of objective preoperative and postoperative photos,it was concluded that 12 patients showed significant improvement in preoperative symptoms.In terms of postoperative satisfaction,8 patients were satisfied,2 were relatively satisfied and 1 was unsatisfied.In terms of postoperative scar size or postoperative scar hyperplasia,there were 10 patients with no obvious hyperplasia or hyperplasia of scar,1 patient with postoperative self-induced hyperplasia of scar,which had psychological impact,and 1 patient with mild hyperplasia of scar.In terms of the sensory recovery of the nipple and areola,the sensation of the nipple and areola gradually returned to normal in 9 patients 6 months to 14 months after the operation,and there were 2 patients with mild hypoesthesia after the operation.Conclution:Mastectomy with lower pedicle flap(mastectomy)is a mature and widely used surgical method,both in the subjective evaluation of patients and the wide popularity of surgery.
