Objective:To explore the clinical effect of heat-sensitive moxibustion on postoperative analgesia of mixed hemorrhoids. Methods: Sixty patients who voluntarily participated in the study and met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into two groups. On the basis of basic treatment with dressing change fumigation, the control group was given indomethacin suppository, and the treatment group was treated with thermosensitive moxibustion, and the control group was treated with indomethacin suppository. The pain of the two groups was compared on day 0(24 hours after operation),day 1,day 2,day 3,day 5 and day 7.The time of wound healing was recorded by visual analogue scale(VAS),).And statistical analysis of the data for mixed hemorrhoids after operation Analgesia provides a better clinical method. Results: The time main effect of VAS score at different time points was compared by repeated measurement variance analysis(P < 0.05),which indicated that there were statistical differences among different time points. There was significant difference in visual analog score(VAS)between the two groups at each time point(P < 0.05).There was significant difference in(VAS)between the two groups(P < 0.05).There was interaction between time and grouping, and the effect of time factors(1,2,3,5,7 days after operation)varied with the group(treatment group and control group)(interactive effect group). The visual simulation score(VAS)of the two groups decreased with time, and the rate of decrease in the treatment group was better than that in the control group. Conclusion: This study shows that the analgesic effect of heat-sensitive moxibustion treatment group is obviously better than that of the control group, which is not only beneficial to eliminate edema, but also promote wound healing.
