Qbjective:To investigate the expression and clinical significance of Long noncoding RNA nr047662.2?LncRNA nr047662.2?in monocytes of patients with Acute myocardial infarction?AMI?.Methods: Choose between December 2017 and July 2018,xinjiang medical university first affiliated hospital of AMI patients admitted in heart center?85 cases?and normal control group?87 cases?of mononuclear cells in the blood samples, extraction of RNA of mononuclear cells, acute myocardial infarction?AMI?group according to the time after the occurrence of AMI is divided into 0 to 3hours?15 cases?,3-6 hours?21 cases?,6-12 hours?24 cases?,12 to 24 hours?15 cases?,24-48 hours?10 cases?,Quantitative real-time PCR?qrt-pcr?was used to detect the expression level of LncRNA NR047662.2 in blood monocytes of the researchers and analyze its clinical significance. Results: Compared with the normal group, the expression level of LncRNA NR047662.2 in AMI group showed an overall downregulation trend,P < 0.05.The difference was statistically significant.LncRNA NR047662.2 can be down-regulated 0-3 hours after chest pain, but the expression level of LncRNA NR047662.2 before different time points in the 5 groups showed no statistical significance compared with P> 0.05.Conclusion: LncRNA NR047662.2expression level in blood monocytes can be used as a potential biomarker of acute myocardial infarction.
