Objective: To investigate the changes and clinical significance of serum levels of C-reactive protein CRP,IL-6,PCT,ESR,CEA,CA125 and CA199 in patients with CTD-ILD.Methods: 84 patients with CTD-ILD admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University from January 2016 to January 2019 were collected as observation group and 90 patients with simple CTD as control group.General data(including gender, age, smoking index, disease course, etc.)and serological related indicators of patients were checked and recorded.Pulmonary function and HRCT related results of patients were collected to evaluate their clinical significance in CTD-ILD and their correlation with clinical indicators. Results: There is no statistical difference in age and course of disease between patients in CTD-ILD group and patients in CTD group alone. The levels of CRP,IL-6,CEA,CA125 and CA199 in blood of patients in CTD-ILD group were higher than those in CTD group alone(P < 0.05).The levels of CRP,IL-6,CEA,CA199 and CA125 in blood were negatively correlated with FEV1%and DLCO%,the difference was statistically significant, and there was no correlation with FVC%(P> 0.05).Unconditional binary Logistic regression analysis found that male,CEA,CA199 and CA125 were significant independent risk factors for CTD-ILD.Conclusion: Tumor markers and inflammatory markers in patients with CTD-ILD are easy to increase, which can reflect the degree of lung function damage in patients with CTD-ILD to some extent.
