Clinical Observation Of Bazhen Decoction Combined With Huangqi Liuwei Dihuang Decoction On Patients With Renal Anemia

Objective: to observe the clinical effect of bazhen decoction combined with huangqi liuwei dihuang decoction on chronic renal failure patients(Spleen and kidney deficiency)with renal anemia.Methods: 1.60 patients who met the inclusion criteria of this study were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 30 patients in each group.2.Medication plan: The control group received conventional treatment.The treatment group was given conventional treatment + bazen decoction combined with huangqi liuwei dihuang decoction.3.Treatment course: 30 days for a course of treatment,a total of 2 courses.4.The indexes of hemoglobin,erythrocyte specific volume,red blood cell and TCM syndrome score were evaluated before and after treatment.Results: 1.Total clinical effective rate of renal anemia: the total clinical effective rate of the treatment group was 90%,and the total clinical effective rate of the control group was 73%.There was a statistically significant difference between the two groups(P < 0.01),and the treatment group was superior to the control group.2.Efficacy of TCM syndromes: the total clinical effective rate of the treatment group was 93%,and that of the control group was 73%.There was a statistically significant difference between the two groups(P < 0.01),and the treatment group was superior to the control group.3.Blood routine examination: Hb,HCT and RBC levels were significantly improved before and after treatment in both groups(P < 0.05).In addition,the treatment group was superior to the control group in improving anemia indicators(P < 0.05).4.Kidney function: SCr,CCr and BUN were all improved before and after treatment in both groups(P < 0.05),and the treatment group was superior to the control group in improving kidney function indicators(P < 0.05),indicating that bazhen decoction combined with huangqi liuwei dihuang decoction can protect kidney function.5.Urine routine examination: there was no significant difference between the two groups in urine protein and urine erythrocyte before and after treatment(P > 0.05).6.Safety index: there was no significant difference in liver function index(ALT,AST)between the two groups before and after treatment(P > 0.05).There were no obvious abnormal changes before and after routine and ecg treatment.Conclusion: Bazhen decoction combined with huangqi liuwei dihuang decoction can effectively improve hemoglobin,erythrocyte specific volume and red blood cell indexes in patients with renal anemia with chronic renal failure,spleen and kidney qi deficiency,and has the function of protecting kidney function,and can comprehensively improve the symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine.
