Clinical Observation On Shuganhuayu Particles In Treating Alopecia And Its Effect On Serum CD~+4 And CD~+8 Level

Objective:To observe the clinical experience of prescriptions of Shuganhuayu particles combined with oriental arborvitae tincture for the treatment of alopecia areata of qi stagnation and blood stasis type.At the same time,we observed the changes of CD~+4?CD~+8 in peripheral blood before and after treatment and yellow sign,exclamation point hair,black spots sign,broken hair of dermatoscope signs,and the preliminary analysis on its mechanism of action.Methods:Sixty patients with alopeciacula of qi stagnation and blood stasis type were randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 30 cases each.Treatment group:Shuganhuayu particles orally combined with oriental arborvitae tincture.Control group:Safflower Capsule Orally combined with oriental arborvitae tincture.We used flow cytometry to detect and analyze the level of CD~+4and CD~+8in peripheral blood T lymphocytes,and observed the change of yellow sign,exclamation point,black spot sign and discontinuance of dermatoscope signs.Results:Treatment group cure rate was 26.66%,the total effective rate was86.66%;control group cure rate was 6.66%,the total effective rate was 63.33%.There was a significant difference between the two groups,with statistical significance(P<0.05),indicating that the treatment group was better than the control group.The levels of CD~+4 and CD~+8 in peripheral blood of treatment group before treatment and healthy people were detected,the results showed that The levels of CD~+4 and CD~+8 in peripheral blood of the treatment group before treatment was significantly higher than those in healthy subjects,with statistically significant(P<0.05);the ratio of CD~+4/CD~+8 had no significant change(p>0.05);The serum levels of CD~+4 and CD~+8 in the treatment group and the healthy subjects were not significantly different between the two groups(P>0.05).So alopecia areata and autoimmunity are closely related.In addition,two groups of dermatoscope signs of exclamation point hair,black mark and discontinuance on the average disappear week have statistical significane(P<0.05),showing that the average elimination time of the treatment group was significantly shorter than that of the control group.Conclusion:Shuganhuayu particles orally combined with oriental arborvitae tincture for the treatment of qi stagnation and blood stasis type was better than the control group in the efficient and cure rate,which fast onset,course of treatment,high safety,it is worth promoting.Its mechanism may be relaeted to improve the head blood circulation and local microcirculation,enhance the orifices nutrition,regulate autoimmune,inhibit the expression of apoptosis-positive and hair follicles regain immune immunity mechanism.
