Purpose: Through to the correlation research about six kinds of climate index and the incidence of five internal organs in Linjiang city,Jilin province about 12 years(2000-2011),This research is to discuss the five internal organs disease pathogenesis regularity in different climate conditions and the causes, and then discusses the prevention measures of the five internal organs disease under different climatic factors, provides referential method to enrich and improve the related disease etiology and pathology of popular science data and information. Methods: Adopting sampling survey method and field data collection to collected the cases that conform the methods as the basic data from all cases of Linjiang hospital in 1999-2011,using SPSS17.0software for general descriptive statistics and correlation analysis to the experimental data,at the same time, adopting the theoretical research methods to testify the results of the survey. Results: By the investigation and study of the five internal organs disease of Linjiang city in 12 years, statistical analysis results showed that there are eight important solar terms points have significant meaning to the five internal organs disease in 12 years. At eight solar term points, the highest incidence of heart disease is in the spring, spring equinox, summer, and summer solstice at fouro 'clock, the meteorological characteristics of the four solar term points is the temperature too high or too low,the humidity is bigger;Liver disease has a lower morbidity, expect the beginning of autumn, indicating liver disease is affected by normal temperature?wet temperature;Spleen disease has no obvious difference in the incidence of the year, only occurs a slight fluctuations in humidity is bigger relatively, show the spleen disease have a certain relationship with relative humidity; The incidence of lung disease is higher before and after the vernal equinox and autumnal equinox, and the climate characteristic of before and after the vernal equinox is low temperature and humidity, the climate characteristic of before and after the autumnal equinox is high temperature and low humidity,so the lung disease has a relationship between temperature and the change of air temperature; The kidney disease is generally lower around the year, and has no evident fluctuations to other diseases in vernal equinox?autumnal equinox?summer solstice and winter solstice, this shows that the incidence of kidney disease has a less affected by the change of meteorological factors. From the investigation and analysis of meteorological data statistics and the five internal organs disease, the results is corresponded basically to the speculation on Yunqi theory. Conclusion: This study is using six kinds of meteorological factorsdata and the accidence of five internal organs diseases as the basic data in 12 years(2000-2011)of Linjiang, based on the theory of Five Movements and Six Climates, using descriptive statistics, single factor and multiple factor correlation analysis and other statistical methods, explore the correlation of the change of five movements and six climates and the accidence of five internal organs diseases, and to verify the scientific connotation of the theory of Five Movements and Six Climates,so to some extent, this study provides important ideas and methods for the city of Linjiang to prevent the five internal organs diseases.I found many problems and shortcomings through this research, and put forward the outlook for future research, take a dialectical view to the theory of Five Movements and Six Climates and knowing commonness of the diseases for the change can lead an objective analysis in prevention and cure of diseases.
