Objective: To summarize and summarize the clinical literature of "acupuncture treatment of gluteal epithelial nerve compression syndrome" published in China to understand the clinical efficacy of acupotomy for the treatment of the disease.Statistical analysis is made on the specific program points to provide a reference basis for the clinical treatment of gluteal epithelial nerve compression syndrome,which is conducive to optimizing the selection of the scheme.Methods: The relevant literatures were searched by the method of keywords,and the high quality clinical literature was included in the statistical analysis.Results: 1.The literature statistics of "acupotomy for the treatment of gluteal epithelial nerve compression syndrome" showed satisfactory results,and the cure rate was 70.46%,with an effective rate of 21.39%,effective 4.82% and no efficiency of 3.33%.Acupotomy combined with other therapies can improve the clinical curative effect,among which the combination of closed and massage is the most widely used.2.Choose according to the frequency of needle knife therapy point pressure point after theiliac crest,a funicular callosity,into the hip points,three lumbar transverse process,the fascia points,T12-L3 transverse process or vertebral side pressure point,high tension.Acupotomology operation is based on "normal cutting","vertical clearing" and "horizontal stripping".Conclusion: The curative effect of acupotomy on the treatment of gluteal nerve compression syndrome is effective and worthy of clinical application.
