Release Decollement Spira L Pull Technique Combind With Needle Knife Therapy Buttock Epithelial The Viega Profi-press Syndrome Clinical Observe

Objective:Through a randomized controlled approach,Objective to evaluate the clinical effects of manipulation with manipulation and loosening of needle knife for treatment of gluteal epithelial entrapment syndrome,exploring buttock epithelial nerve of the viega profi-press syndrome is the most important reason,and carries on the target of treatment,for the treatment of the disease to provide reliable scientific basis for clinical effectiveness.Methods:this study adopted the patients of HeiLongjiang university of Chinese medicine the first affiliated hospital of bone 2 outpatient service,the fourth affiliated hospital of Harbin medical university,pain clinic visits for between January 2015 and March 2016,There were 60 patients with clinical diagnosis of gluteal epithelium.The 60 patients were randomly assigned to the lumbar technique combined with the dissolving group(treatment group)and the normal needle-knife dissection(control group)of 30 cases.Once a week,once or twice a session.The evaluation criteria were assessed according to the score of JOA's lower back pain and the evaluation of the VAS pain points.Results:the differences in age,sex and disease distribution were statistically significant(P>0.05).The first two groups of VAS and JOA scores were less statistically significant and comparable(P>0.05).After two sessions,the difference in efficacy between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before and after treatment in each group of VAS score and JOA score comparison has the change,statistically significant difference(P<0.05)and treatment group is better than that of control group,difference has statistical significance(P<0.05)Conclusion:small needle knife release stripping method curative effect,safe and reliable,and can obviously improve the patient's clinical symptoms such as pain,effectively improve the patient's quality of work and life.The treatment curative effect is superior to the partial dissection method by combining the lumbar technique with a needle.The patient is easy to accept,the treatment is thorough,the economy,the effect obvious advantage,this method deserves clinical promotion.
