The Effect Of Thin Prescription Of Yugeng Tongyu Decoction On Cardiovascular Events In Patients With Stable Coronary Heart Disease

Objective: Explore the effect of thin presciption of Yugeng Tongyu decoction on cardiovascular events in patients with stable coronary heart disease.Selection methods:Screening of 90 patients with stable coronary heart disease who met the inclusion criteri.using the central randomization system randomized,double-blind,double simulation,placebo-controlled study.On the basis of conventional treatment,the experimental group added the granule preparation of "thin prescription of Yugeng Tongyu decoction",while the control group used the placebo with the same appearance.The chinese medicine was taken for 6 months and followed up for 6 months.The effect of the chinese medicine on the cardiovascular events in the enrolled patients before and after the follow-up was recorded.Results:The "thin prescription of Yugeng Tongyu decoction" has no statistical significance(P > 0.05)in the patients with stable coronary heart disease with cardiac death,revascularization,and all causes of death,There was statistical significance in hospitalization due to cardiovascular emergencies(P < 0.05).Conclusion:The preliminary results showed that the conventional therapy loading "thin prescription of Yugeng Tongyu decoction" may further reduce the incidence of substitutes for cardiovascular emergency,suggesting that the overall test results may show the trend of reducing cardiac death,revascularization,and all causes of death.
