Objective:This study is to evaluate effects of "yu-geng-tong-yu decoction" on the middle endpoint of patients with stable coronary heart disease objectively. Methods:A randomized,placebo-controlled,double-blind and double simulated clinical trial was used in this study.90 patients with SCAD who meet the requirements of the test were divided into the experimental group and the control group. On the basis of conventional treatment, the "yu-geng-tong-yu decoction" or placebo was taken for 6 months respectively, followed by a follow-up observation for 6 months. The general conditions and efficacy of subjects before and after taking the intervention were recorded, including hs-CRP,quality of life and other main intermediate endpoints and safety, compliance indicators, etc. Results:A total of 90 subjects(experimental group n=43,control group n=47)were included in the study, including 17 cases of abscission,1 cases of sudden cardiac death and 1 cases of heart failure. The comparison of the high sensitive C reactive protein(hs-CRP > 2mg/L)before and after intervention: the baseline hs-CRP level between the two groups was comparable(P > 0.05),and the hs-CRP level in the dry prognosis was statistically significant(P<0.01).The level of hs-CRP level difference test group before and after intervention was larger than that of the control group, with statistical significance(P < 0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups in PL and DP(P > 0.05).There were significant differences between AS,AF and TS(P<0.01).Conclusion: Conventional therapy adding on "yu-geng-tong-yu decoction" may further alleviate the inflammatory response of SCAD patients, thus further stabilize atherosclerotic plaque and improve the quality of life.
