| Objective:This study is to observe the clinical curative effect and safety of Jianpi Yiwei Decoction in treating functional dyspepsia of spleen asthenia and Qi-stagnation type and to explore the mechanism of Jianpi Yiwei Decoction.Methods:A total of 68 patients with functional dyspepsia of spleen asthenia and Qi-stagnation type were selected and randomly divided into 34 patients in the treatment group and 34 in the control group.The treatment group was treated with Jianpi Yiwei Decoction,while the control group was treated with Jianwei Xiaoyan Granule,both of the two groups were searched for 8 weeks.To observe and record the relative curative effect of patients before and after treatment.Results:1.The total efficiency was 97.06 % in the treatment group and 82.35 % in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant.2.The effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group in the improvement of the symptoms of epigastric abdominal ruffian tightness or distension,nailing,belching and defecation.In the improvement of fatigue and chest tightness,the effect of treatment group was significantly better than the control group.The two groups had the same effect in the improvement of nausea,vomiting and fecal denseness.3.Both drugs significantly improved the scores of NDI symptom and NDI quality of life syndrome in the patients,and the effect of treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group.4.There were no adverse reactions in both groups.Conclusion :Jianpi Yiwei Decoction can effectively alleviate the symptoms of spleen deficiency and hysteresis functional dyspepsia patients,alleviate pain,the curative effect is positive,and worth promoting. |
