Study On Patterns Of Syndrome And Treatments Of Anterior Ischemic Optic Neuropathy Based On The Theory Of "Liver Yin In Physique And Yang In Function"

Objective: to preliminary clinical observation and literature research,found that the anterior ischemic optic neuropathy(NAION)is characterized evidence rule,is closely related to the liver.This paper,based on the theory of "liver yin with Yang",analyses the three main TCM Syndromes of NAION's stagnation of liver qi,the inverse of liver qi and yin deficiency and yang hyperactivity,and explores the characteristics of the disease,the rule of treatment and the prognosis of the curative effect,so as to provide new ideas and methods for the treatment of NAION.Methods: included in the standard,a total of 60 patients with NAION,differentiation into liver depression and qi stagnation syndrome on 20 cases,diseases with inverse 18 cases,Yin deficiency,22 cases of hand card.Based on the analysis of visual acuity before treatment,age,gender,related diseases,season,eyes don't baseline information and course characteristics at the same time,made from the liver treatment,traditional Chinese medicine combined with acupuncture and stab winding bloodletting therapy.On each card type best corrected visual acuity(BCVA)before and after the treatment,eye shot(MD and PSD),the arm-retinal circulation time(A-RCT),analysis of symptoms and signs,and evaluate the curative effect,to explore the clinical characteristics and the rule of the syndrome type of NAION.Results: the baseline situation analysis: three groups of patients in the age,gender,concomitant diseases,season,course all have certain regularity and characteristics of but there was no significant difference between each card type(P > 0.05).Curative effect analysis: three groups before treatment BCVA between groups was no significant difference(P > 0.05).Group after treatment,three type BCVA,MD,PSD,A-RCT,symptoms and signs were obviously improved,the statistical analysis have significant difference(P < 0.05),but there was no significant difference between groups(P > 0.05).Conclusion: NAION have the closest relations with the liver,liver dysfunction caused by abnormal blood run is a major pathogenesis of the disease,and liver depression and qi stagnation,diseases with inverse and Yin deficiency type hand is one of the main evidence.From the liver of syndrome differentiation treatment,using traditional Chinese medicine,acupuncture and stab winding bleeding and comprehensive treatment of traditional Chinese medicine can effectively improve the visual function of patients with NAION.
