This thesis is consist of theory study and clinical study.Theory studyReview and summarize the literature on angina pectoris after PCI and the progress of modern research.,And combined with clinical studies to explore the mechanism of angina pectoris(qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome)after PCI,and proposed that qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome is a common TCM syndrome after PCI.Clinical studyObjective: To observe the clinical efficacy of Chai Xiong Shuxin Decoction in treating postoperative angina pectoris(qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome)after PCI.Methods: Sixty patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into control group and trial group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was given routine western medicine treatment(aspirin enteric-coated tablets 100 mg once a day;rosuvastatin calcium tabl ets 10 mg once a night;clopidogrel bisulfate tablets 75 mg once a day;Grams of sustained-release tablets each 23.75 mg,once a day;when the on set of angina nitroglycerin tablets sublingual.The experimental group on the basis of conventional Western medicine plus Chaixiong Shuxin Decotion treatment,one dose of the day,200 ml each time,two times a day sooner or later.The treatment cycle was 4 weeks.The number of episodes,duration and pain degree of angina pectoris before and after treatment in two groups were recorded.TCM syndrome score,ECG ischemic change and nitroglycerin stopping rate were analyzed statistically.Results: After treatment,the two groups of patients with angina pectoris,TCM syndrome score,ECG and myocardial ischemia were improved,but also increased the nitroglycerin stop rate,but the observation group in the observation indicators were better than those in the control group.Conclusion: Chai Xiong Shuxin Decoction on angina pectoris after PCI(qi stagnation and blood stasis)have definite curative effect,can improve the symptoms of angina and ECG in patients with ischemic,than the simple application of Western medicine,more advantages.
