Clinical Research Of The Treatment Of Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction To Patients With Migraine Of Qi Stagnancy And Blood Stasis Syndrome

Objective: To observe the therapeutic treatment of Xuefu Zhuyu decoction to patients with migraine of Qi stagnancy and blood stasis syndrome,and its clinical curative effect to the level of ET-1,explore its mechanism and evaluate the effectiveness in treating migraine without aura syndrome differentiation,and hope to provide new idea and methods to the treatment of migraine without aura with Chinese medicine.Methodology: The subjects of the present study were taken from the patients with migraine of Qi stagnancy and blood stasis in the second hospital affiliated to Shandong Traditional Chinese Medicine University from April 2017 to April 2018.60 subjects were randomly divided into two groups,treatment group with 30 cases treated by Xuefu Zhuyu decoction and matched group with 30 cases treated by western medicine.The two groups were observed for 4 weeks in the score of pain,degree of headache,attacking frequency and TCM score before and after the treatment,and closely observe adverse reactions during medicine at the same time.Results: All the 60 patients entered the result analysis with 1 loss,29 patients of treatment group and 30 patients in matched group.After statistics analysis,the two groups with migraine in clinical symptoms were improved after treatment.The effective rate of treatment group was 93%,and matched group was 80%,which showed significant differences(P < 0.05)between groups.In the improvement of symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine,the effective rate of treatment group was 96% and matched group was 83%,which showed significant difference(P < 0.05).In addition,in the treatment of decreasing ET levels in patients with migraine,the two groups had significant difference(P < 0.01).The treatment group was better than the matched group.At the same time,the treatment of two groups had no obvious adverse reactions.Conclusion: Through statistical analysis of the efficacy and safety indicators,compared to the medicine flunarizine hydrochloride capsules in matched group,Xuefu Zhuyu decoction can significantly improve the degree of headache,duration,attack frequency and symptoms.In terms of improving syndrome of TCM syndrome,Xuefu Zhuyu decoction can significantly improve the TCM syndrome in patients with migraine.In addition,Xuefu Zhuyu decoction can significantly reduce the ET level in patients with migraine of Qi stagnancy and blood stasis.In conclusion,the effect of Xuefu Zhuyu decoction to migraine of Qi stagnancy and blood stasis syndrome is distinct,safe and reliable.
