Study On Intervention Effect Of Hypertension Based On Community Information Platform

Objective By observing the effect of the intervention effect of hypertension based on community information platform,we explore the intervention mode and management mode of traditional Chinese medicine based on information platform for chronic disease at the base.Methods Based on the chronic disease management system in the community health service center of Peng Zhuang Village,we selected 60 patients who met the standard,according to the inclusion criteria of the research.They are randomly divided into two groups: the intervention group(30 people)and the control group(30 people).The intervention group(30 people)received traditional Chinese medicine appropriate technology(ear pressure beans,acupoint massage and acupoint application)on the basis of conventional blood pressure.The control group(30 patients)only received conventional blood pressure treatment.Observe the improvement of blood pressure and TCM symptoms were observed immediately,second weeks and fourth weeks.Results After two-week's intervention,compared with the figures of blood pressure before the intervention,systolic blood pressure(SBP)of the intervention group decreased(P<0.05),diastolic blood pressure(DBP)of the intervention group decreased(P<0.05),improvements of effect of TCM syndrome of the intervention patients decreased(P<0.05).Compared with the figures of blood pressure before the intervention,systolic blood pressure(SBP)of the control group decreased not obviously(P > 0.05),diastolic blood pressure(DBP)of the control group decreased not obviously(P >0.05),improvements of effect of TCM syndrome of the control group decreased not obviously(P>0.05).After four-week's intervention,compared with the figures of blood pressure before the intervention,systolic blood pressure(SBP)of the intervention group decreased obviously(P < 0.05),diastolic blood pressure(DBP)of the intervention group decreased not obviously(P >0.05),improvements of effect of TCM syndrome of the intervention patients decreased(P<0.05).Compared with the figures of blood pressure before the intervention,systolic blood pressure(SBP)of the control group decreased not obviously(P>0.05),diastolic blood pressure(DBP)of the control group decreased not obviously(P>0.05),improvements of effect of TCM syndrome of the control group decreased not obviously(P>0.05).Conclusion Based on the "Internet plus”,the information platform improve the patient compliance,and promote the standardization of basic management of chronic diseases.The appropriate technology of TCM has the advantages of simplicity,convenience,effectiveness and low cost.Patients are more willing to accept and apply it.With the help of information platform,the promotion of appropriate technology of Chinese medicine can be popularized at the grass-roots level,and we can explore new pattern of the chronic disease management.
