| Objective: The recovery period in the group receiving rehabilitation treatment of stroke(wind phlegm and blood stasis)patients,application of medical personnel,to assist the family rehabilitation training for patients with questionnaire before and after treatment,and statistical analysis of the patients and their families on the technical efficacy,acceptable cost,satisfaction and other aspects of the community,and the medical staff of the technical safety,effectiveness,easy operation and other aspects of satisfaction,preliminary evaluation of TCM rehabilitation intervention in stroke recovery period of appropriate technology in community promotion application,for the further popularization of technology in the community and provide a reference basis for Chinese medicine.Methods: In April 2016-December 2016 to twenty-first Century in Henan Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital affiliated community out-patient department,the recovery period of Huiji District in Zhengzhou Liu Zhai community health service center and the city of Zhengzhou Laoyachen Huiji District Community Health Service Center stroke(wind phlegm and blood stasis)patients,community rehabilitation medicine appropriate technology for 2 months on the medical staff before and after the treatment patients and their families,conducted a questionnaire survey: the technology receivers(patients and their families)cost of technology,efficacy,acceptability and other aspects of satisfaction;technology applications(community medical staff)on the effectiveness of the technology,safety,easy operation and other aspects of the overall satisfaction;evaluation and satisfaction of appropriate technology application and technology receiver the community rehabilitation medicine.Through the statistical analysis of the preliminary evaluation of TCM appropriate technology popularization and application in community rehabilitation effect.Results: 1.For the application of technology is concerned,53.33% for secondary education,63.33% junior titles,30% no title,that community medical staff had lower degree.73.33% of the medical staff think the rehabilitation of traditional Chinese medicine appropriate technology is very easy or very easy to operate,no medical staff believes that the technology is very difficult or difficult to handle,the promotion of rehabilitation medicine appropriate technology 86.67%,curative effect satisfaction rate is 73.33%,with the overall effect technical safety rate was 86.67%,satisfaction rate of 100% was the highest,no adverse events in the treatment process,that most of the doctors think that rehabilitation therapy has good effect,high safety,coupled with the desire of popularizing higher,more conducive to the promotion of developing technology in the community.2.The technology receivers(patients),most patients with high educational level,the main way to pay the cost of treatment.Before the treatment of NCMS patients were obtained by questionnaire,31.67% patients understand the importance of the rehabilitation treatment of stroke,26.67% of patients have an understanding of the technology in medical rehabilitation before treatment is appropriate,that only a small part of some patients understand the rehabilitation of traditional Chinese medicine appropriate technology,and most patients do not know the importance of rehabilitation therapy on stroke patients with late stage disease.The quality of life of patients were satisfied with the treatment effect on the recovery rate was 81.67%,after treatment of different rehabilitation techniques have been recognized that patients,rehabilitation medicine appropriate technology is accepted and recognized,is suitable in the promote the use of the community.The treatment cost of patients in the treatment program,service attitude and quality of life improved four degree total satisfaction rate was 80%,the satisfaction rate of different survey project in 68.33% ~ 91.67%,that made the rehabilitation effect of TCM rehabilitation suitable better applied to patients in community stroke treatment,reducing treatment costs,reduce the the economic burden of the family,patients with higher satisfaction to meet the basic needs of patients,it is worthy of promotion in the community wide range.3.For recipients(families of patients),in treatment,quality cost and life treatment three improvement overall satisfaction rate of 73.33% different survey project satisfaction rate in 65% to 80%,that the families of patients on the effect of the rehabilitation of patients with satisfaction,not only improve the quality of life of patients after rehabilitation,but also saves the cost of treatment,reduce the burden on the family and family,visible is important in the community to promote the application of this technology is.Conclusion: 1.Community medical staff education is generally low.Traditional Chinese medicine rehabilitation technology is suitable for the treatment of good effect,simple operation,low requirements on equipment,high safety,medical staff promotion will be high,suitable for use in the community.2.The Chinese medicine rehabilitation of
