Study On Systematic Supervision Of Traditional Chinese Medicine

Objective: Based on the information asymmetry and regulation theories of economics and management,the “Survey Questionnaire for Systematization of Traditional Chinese Medicine Supervision” was designed to explore the current situation of the systematic supervision of traditional Chinese medicine in China,and to conduct an overall and multi-dimensional analysis of the problems identified.Put forward corresponding countermeasures to achieve more comprehensive and effective supervision.Methods: This project has designed a “Clinical Supervision Survey Questionnaire for Traditional Chinese Medicine”,which includes a total of 10 questions,including the individual's basic information,the degree of understanding of Chinese herbal medicines,the understanding of the circulation of traditional Chinese medicines,and the degree of trust in traditional Chinese medicines.The survey surveyed a broad range of social strata and randomly selected 200 subjects.A total of 200 complete and academic questionnaires were obtained.The statistical data of the survey results were statistically analyzed using SPSS 19.0 software.The measurement data were described by way of examples or percentages,and the components were compared using the chi-square test.P < 0.05 indicated that the components were relatively different.Results: 1 General data of survey respondentsThe general data of the survey respondents included 118 males(59%)and 82 females(41%);the age group mainly focused on 20 to 30 years,30 to 40 years,and 40 to 50 years;academic qualifications were based on the college degree and below.Mainly,followed by the scientific calendar;the distribution of distribution links for consumers(patients)> pharmaceutical retail companies or hospital pharmacies> Chinese Herbal Medicine or proprietary Chinese medicine manufacturers> pharmaceutical wholesalers> Herbal medicine purchasing stations or Chinese herbal medicines market> Raw materials for Chinese herbal medicines Business> Agricultural suppliers.2 Understanding of the understanding of traditional Chinese medicine and regulatory issuesAfter the statistical data found that the understanding of the identification of Chinese herbal medicines and market supervision issues,the consumer groups are the most ignorant group,but it is worth noting that the circulation link belongs to the group of medicine acquisition or traditional Chinese medicine market,The degree of quality appraisal of Chinese herbal medicines is also more unknowing than knowledge,and it is very easy to cause chaos in the circulation of Chinese herbal medicines.3 The degree of trust in Chinese herbal medicinesAccording to the questionnaire survey,because of the lack of knowledge of Chinese herbal medicines and the existence of regulatory issues,the consumer groups have a low degree of trust in Chinese herbal medicines,and they have more trust in the sales channels of hospitals and clinics,and the distribution of people in different circulations.The degree of understanding of the quality appraisal of Chinese herbal medicines is relatively high and they are familiar with the specific contents of supervision.As a result,they have a higher degree of trust in Chinese herbal medicines and other sales channels besides hospitals and clinics,which is conducive to the development and application of Chinese herbal medicines.Conclusions: The asymmetry of informed information of traditional Chinese medicines and regulatory issues among circulation groups has made it impossible to guarantee the quality,safety,and stability of Chinese medicines.It is prone to widespread distribution of counterfeit drugs and inferior drugs,affecting normal market transactions.Competition and hinder the development of Chinese herbal medicines.In the initial period of cultivation of raw materials for Chinese herbal medicines,relevant authorities should be strengthened.Specific measures include strengthening the supervision of the source of Chinese herbal medicines and establishing a price monitoring system,promoting the construction of electronic platforms,accelerating the establishment of information transparency,and increasing the number of operators and purchasers.Inter-information communication,design of traceability systems for Chinese herbal medicines circulation and putting them into practice,strict construction of quality standards system for Chinese medicinal materials.
