Study On The Variety Systematization And Identification Of Flower Mongolian Medicine

Objective: To study the textual research on materia medica,collation and identification of flower Mongolian medicines included in Mongolian medicinal herbs,various Mongolian medicinal books and various standards,to further clarify the flower Mongolian medicine species,identify the identification characteristics,provide the basis for future research.Methods: In this study,textual research on materia medica,character identification,microscopic identification and retrieval methods were used to collate flower Mongolian medicines included in Mongolian medicinal herbs,various Mongolian medicinal books and various standards,in order to find out the characteristics of pollen grains between different families and the same species of the same family,and questionnaire was established.Results: A total of 22 families,35 genera and 50 kinds of flower Mongolian medicines were sorted out in this study.There are 16 kinds of flower Mongolian medicines recorded in Renyaobaijingjian,Shiyaoxue and Mengyaozhengdian.There are 32 kinds of flower Mongolian medicines classified in detail,and the textual research on them is carried out.The characteristics,size,color,corolla(petal),stamen,pistil,calyx,petiole and odor of 50 kinds of flower Mongolian medicines were identified,and the differences in characteristics between different families and genera of flower Mongolian medicines were found.The microscopic identification of 29 species of flower Mongolian medicines belonging to 17 families,27 genera was carried out,and the powder microscopic identification characteristics of flower Mongolian medicines were identified,and questionnaire was established.Conclusion: In this study,50 kinds of flower Mongolian medicines of 22 families,35 genera were collected from 14 books.32 kinds of flower Mongolian medicines were studied by textual research on materia medica,and their families,genera and species were identified.The differences of petals,stamens and pistils of Mongolian medicinal herbs were found out in the study of character identification,and the characteristics between different families and genera and between the same family and genera were understood.In microscopic identification,the characteristics of pollen grains were identified and a questionnaire was established.The characteristics of pollen grains obtained in this study can be used as microscopic identification characteristics of flower Mongolian medicine.
