Objective: The purpose of this study was to objectively evaluate the clinical efficacy of regulating lipid metabolism and soothing liver moxibustion in treating non-alcoholic fatty liver and discuss its clinical significance. To provide new therapy ideas for this disease.Methods:Seventy-two patients with non-alcoholic fatty liver disease who met the inclusion criteria were selected. The patients were divided into two groups, including test group and control group, according to the random number table, and each group has 36 cases. Both groups were given basic treatment, and the test group were treated by regulating lipid metabolism and soothing liver moxibustion once a week. The control group was given polyene phosphatidylcholine capsule. Both groups were treated for eight weeks. After treatment,,taking further observations and comparing the variation of the two groups' TCM symptom integral meter, liver ultrasound, liver function, blood lipid, and the body mass index.Based on the data, evaluated the therapeutic effect and discussed the discrepancy of the two methods according to the efficacy evaluation criteria. Results: 1.Comparison of the clinical effect of the two groups. It has total 32 cases in the test group.2 cases were cured;8 cases were obviously improved;19 cases were slightly improved;3 cases were ineffective;the total effective rate was 90.62%.It has total 32 cases in the control group. No case was cured or obviously improved;20 cases were were slightly improved;12 cases were ineffective;the total effective rate was 62.5%.The clinical efficiency of the test group(90.62%)was obviously better than the control group(62.5%).The difference has statistical sense(P < 0.01).2.Comparison of syndrome points in the two groups. Before and after treatment in the test group and control group, the syndrome differentiation was reduced and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.01).After treatment, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P < 0.01),and the improvement of clinical syndrome was better than that in the control group.3.Comparison of symptoms of TCM symptoms in the two groups. After treatment, all the symptoms were significantly improved(P < 0.01)in the test group. In the control group, distending pain in the chest and hypochondriun, abdominal distension, weakness, abdominal pain were significantly improved(P < 0.01);depression,anorexia,loose stools were slightly improved(P<0.05);frequently deep sighing was ineffective(P<0.05).After treatment, the improvement about the weakness and loose stools between the two groups has statistically significant difference(P < 0.01),the test group is better than the control group;the improvement about the distending pain in the chest and hypochondriun, depression, abdominal pain to diarrhea between the two groups has significant difference(P < 0.05),the test group is better than the control group;the abdominal distension, anorexia, frequently deep sighing between the two groups has no significant difference(P> 0.05).4.Comparison of liver functions in the two groups. In the test group, the liver function was significantly improved, and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.01).While the control group's ALT and AST were significantly improved(P < 0.01),while GGT showed no significant improvement(P > 0.05).After treatment, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05),and the test group was superior to the control group.5.Comparison of blood lipid level in the two groups. In the test group, the blood lipid index was improved, and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.01).There was no statistically significant difference in HDL-C(P > 0.05),and all other indicators were improved(P < 0.05).After treatment, the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P < 0.01),and the test group was superior to the control group.6.The comparison of the liver ultrasound situation in the two group. In the test group, there were total 32 cases Among them 8 cases were cured;2 cases were obviously improved;18 cases were slightly cured;4 cases were ineffective;the total effective rate was 87.50%.In the control group, there were total 32 cases.Among them 4 cases were cured;1 cases were obviously improved;15 cases were slightly cured;12 cases were ineffective;the total effective rate was 62.50%.The test group is better than the control group and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P < 0.05).7.The comparison of BMI between the two groups. In the test group,BMI was improved and there was a significant difference(P < 0.01).There was no statistically significant difference in the control group(P > 0.05).After treatment, there was a significant difference in BMI between the two groups(P < 0.01),and the test group was superior to the control group. Conclusion:Regulating lipid metabolism and protecting liver moxibustion has a good clinical effect in treating non-alcoholic fatty liver which is better than the clinical effect in western medicine group. The moxibustion can improve the patient's clinical symptoms, liver ultrasound situation, liver function, blood lipid index, and BMI with safety and efficacy and it has no obviously adverse reactions. So regulating lipid metabolism and soothing liver moxibustion is worth promoting the application.
