| Objective: Through the clinical investigation of 90 children with spleen yin deficiency syndrome and epidemiological investigations and clinical observations,new data relating to the signs and symptoms of spleen-yin yin deficiency syndrome in children have been extracted to refine the spleen yin deficiency syndrome in children.Diagnosis of TCM syndromes.Methods:Based on previous literature and related research,the clinical signs and symptoms of children with spleen yin deficiency syndrome were summarized,and a “clinical observation scale for spleen yin deficiency syndrome in children ” was formulated.Through the collection of four diagnostic data of children with spleeny-yin deficiency syndrome in the outpatient department,an EXCEL table was entered,a database was established,and statistical data SPSS 23.0 was used for statistical analysis.Results: Through the statistical analysis of the clinical data of 90 children with spleen yin deficiency syndrome collected,they included low appetite,reduced intake,abdominal distention after eating(or with hiccups),dietary preference for food,soft food,and microbiology.Red or purple,red and dry lips,impatience,irritability,hot hands and feet,pale complexion,weak body,body weight loss,muscle weakness,skin dry itchy skin,difficulty falling asleep,sleepless nights,red tongue,thin,moss Stripping,pulse breakdown,dry stool and other 21 items of evidence of spleen yin deficiency syndrome in children,and its non-conditional logistic regression analysis,obtained the value of diagnosis of spleen Yin deficiency in children 12 Physical signs.In contrast with the diagnostic criteria for Splenic-Yin Deficiency Syndrome in TCM Diagnostics,some new signs that have not been taken seriously have been dug out.Conclusion: Through clinical investigation and research,12 evidence elements that are of great value in diagnosing spleen-yin-deficiency syndrome in children have been extracted,including low appetite,peeling of tongue coating,heat in hands and feet,soft food,pale chlorosis,and difficulty in falling asleep.Unsightly sleep,eating habits for food,body weight loss,red and dry lips,gas pool reddish or purple,dry stools,dry itchy skin,and other previously neglected signs for the clinical diagnosis of spleen yin deficiency in children Diagnosis provides objective evidence. |
