Syndrome Analysis Of Elderly Anti-dipper Hypertension

Purposes: The purpose of this study is to systematically analyze the complete medical records of elder patients with anti-dipper hypertension.By analyzing the TCM syndromes and clinical distribution of elderly patients with anti-dipper hypertension,Type to provide reference,in order to better guide the clinical diagnosis and treatment,and ultimately improve the quality of life of elderly patients.Methods:In this study,81 elderly patients with anti-dipper hypertension were retrospectively analyzed,the collected case data were collated,checked,the establishment of the database,and the use of statistical software SPSS19.0 data processing,the results obtained Analyze.Results:Through frequency analysis,factor analysis and cluster analysis of the clinical data of 81 elderly anti-dipper hypertensive patients who met the inclusion criteria,five syndrome types were obtained,namely,yin and yang deficiency syndrome,liver-kidney yin deficiency syndrome,and yin.Deficiency of yang stasis syndrome,phlegm dampness syndrome,blood stasis syndrome,and frequency analysis of syndrome type: yin and yang deficiency syndrome(34.6%)> blood stasis syndrome(22.2%)> phlegm dampness syndrome(16.0%)> yin deficiency and yang syndrome(14.8%)> liver and kidney yin deficiency syndrome(12.3%).After the rank sum test,the TCM syndrome type and course of disease(P>0.05)were statistically significant.After the?2 test,there was no correlation between the TCM syndrome type and risk grading.Conclusion:The elderly with anti-dipper hypertensive patients with yin and yang deficiency are the most common,followed by phlegm and blood stasis syndrome,phlegm dampness syndrome,yin deficiency impotence syndrome,liver and kidney yin deficiency syndrome.The disease is mostly deficiency syndrome(yin-yang deficiency syndrome and liver-kidney yin deficiency syndrome).The disease is mainly imaginary,and there are empirical and actual inclusions.Judging from the total number of people,those with a disease duration of 9 years or less have the most yin and yang deficiency,and those with a course of more than 30 years have the most yin deficiency and yang and yin and yang deficiency.
