Objective: To explore and analyze the characteristics of TCM syndromes of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease combined with pulmonary fibrosis,and provide reference for the clinical and basic research of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease combined with pulmonary fibrosis.Methods: Using a retrospective study,To collect the clinical information of patients with COPD combined with pulmonary fibrosis admitted to the lung department ward of Shandong hospital of TCM from December 2015 to November 2017,which is a total of 86,to design the clinical survey and set up a database,to analyze the clinical data collected,and to reduce the characteristics of the TCM syndrome.Results: The COPD combined with pulmonary fibrosis patients,TCM syndrome can be divided into six syndromes such as lung and spleen deficiency syndrome,phlegm and blood stasis lung obstruction syndrome,phlegm and heat accumulation lung syndrome,lung and kidney qi deficiency syndrome,exterior cold and interior stagnant fluid,phlegm turbid lung obstruction syndrome.Conclusion: The COPD combined with pulmonary fibrosis patients,in the majority with male patients,and smoking are important risk factors,and more than older patients,symptoms,long course of disease,clinical manifestations are complex.This disease mainly in the lung,is closely related to the heart,spleen and kidney.Deficiency,phlegm and blood stasis is the main point of COPD combined with pulmonary fibrosis patients pathological factors.Chronic cough cause lung flatulence,the loss of vital qi and fluid,which further leads to dryness,the atrophy and weakness of the lungs and the abnormal function of the lungs is its main etiology and pathogenesis.
